Me and my boyfriend were walk-ins and the salon was really busy. However they got both of the same quickly and we were happy with her haircuts. Very friendly staff. Would definitely go back

Wash/trim. They didn't rinse out all the shampoo and when I mentioned that (before leaving the sink) they grabbed the towel and scrubbed my forehead hard. Pulled through knots with force rather than taking a second to comb to prevent breakage. Luckily, i have curly hair bc i highly doubt it's even as my whole time being there was less than 10 minutes for a wash and cut. Still tipped but won't be returning. Edit to add: Went home and rinsed my hair from all the left over product and my whole head sudded back up without me adding anything. And did notice my cut being uneven. (I didn't even get layers. Literally only a wash and trim).

awful haircut. the african american lady can't give a good haircut. she promised a discount after that she didn't honor. very disappointed. she didn't do anything that i asked for.

Do NOT let the guy here touch your hair. I tried to overlook his appearance ( he had crumbs all over his face) but I can’t get past how much of my hair was pulled out because he was just yanking the comb and how careless he was overall. Save yourself the time, trouble and money and go somewhere else.

The guy butcherd my hair. Rushed me in and rushed me out. The worst fade I've ever seen. I'm completely disappointed. He didn't even blow the hair off me. It was all over me. I would never go back.

First off let me start by saying I’ve been going here on & off for many years. Really since they’ve been open I believe. I never fail to get a great haircut & every person who cuts my hair is great to chat with. I love that you never know who you’re gonna get to meet & what kind of conversation you’ll have, it’s great. Today my hair was cut by Mrs.Darcel. (Sorry if spelled incorrectly) all I can say is sometimes you meet someone & you feel that it wasn’t a coincidence. She is wise, incredible, personable & genuine & I’m very glad I got to meet her. As a young man she gave me a lot of good insight on things. If you’re reading this Mrs.Darcel you’re the best! & thanks Great Clips for being the best in general

I love this place!!! Im new to Jax and really wanted a non-chain hair salon. One with a personal touch. Angie & Kenny the owner operators are fantastic! Angie did my hair so good. She did exactly what I asked her to do. This appointment was so relaxing and so fun getting to know my ne hair stylist. These 2 are a keeper.

Not good service this is horrible experience to be honest a black guy, cut my hair with out asking what i want in my top hair and rushing his self to go home and unsanitary station and towel need to fix his service i wont ever back in this location. Ridiculous

I brought my son in as I do every 2 months and the man told me he couldn’t cut my son’s hair because it was too curly. Never once has anyone said that to me at this same store. It seems to me he either doesn’t know how to cut mixed hair or he is racist. None of the other people in the shop came over to look or say they could. Could this guy be the boss? Who knows but we have been going here for years and never had issues

I go there to have "a good hair day" and the staff members just make it a good hair day! Everybody does a good job and not once, while I waited on my turn, had I witnessed anyone express their dissatisfaction!

I went in with a mission, I'd fallen in love with this hair style an Actress had and I wanted to emulate it. A kinda feminized bowl cut, it was cute and short and had lots of layers for my textured hair. I loved it. This is my normal salon that I take my kids to, it's about a half hour from the house, but it's worth it for the stylists. I checked in with my Daughter and when it was my turn, I showed the Man what I wanted and he went to town But it was nothing like the photos. I had four different photos of the same actress from the same film, just from different angles. I get that my hair may not have been thick enough for the cut, but I wish he'd have said something rather than hacking so much of my hair off. Instead of a bowl and a shorter trim underneath, I got a ragged pixy. Even he acknowledged it didn't look like the photos....I swallowed it down and paid and tipped, but it didn't look better after I styled it. I can't get curls from inch long hair. I worked all day today and by the halfway point, put on a hat. I am so disappointed and hate the way I look now. I know it's just hair, it will grow and look better. But I don't feel like he listened to me at all and I felt like I came in prepared. My coworkers were all very sweet and reassuring, but I am unhappy with this experience and am not sure if I will return. It's going to take a long time for my hair to grow out.

The lady that did my haircut was a fantastic she knew what she was doing. Very sweet and I loved talking with her. Hate that I forgot her name. Super happy with her.
