Horrible, went to get my hair cut a few times last year and they did okay, then I went to get my haircut like the 8th time I’d been there and they shaved my head down to like half an inch (I was like 4-5 inches before). Thought maybe it was just a bad day for the lady so I let it slide, but still got my own personal barber. My little brother went to get a haircut and they shaved him too. They just want to get more people, keep in mind that the place had a 30 minute wait so I’ll bet you that just wanted to get him out of there. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, I recommend the salon right across from hallmark, and specifically a lady named Karen.

I have stylists cut my hair with scissors and indicate that I'm in for a trim to avoid getting my hair cut too short. The stylist indicated that she was going to take off about an inch and proceeded to cut it way short. The only up side, it will grow back.

I usually avoid this location due to consistently receiving bad haircuts the few times I’ve been here, but today I was in desperate need of a quick haircut so I decided to go, this location NEVER has a wait. As soon as I walked in, the entire place smells like nothing but marijuana due to the dispensary next door, red flag #1. 4 of the 5 hairdressers are sitting in their chairs, red flag #2. I sit in the chair and get my usual haircut, thinking that it went ok. But when I get home and look in the mirror, I realize that the lady butchered the back corner of my head. It isn’t even the same length as the other side. Instantly regret deciding to come to this location. The location at the Liberty Price Chopper of 291 is a thousand times better and they ALWAYS have a 45min+ wait, just shows you the the 291 location is much better than Church Rd….avoid this location.

My sons haircut was great and she did it pretty quick. The entire store completely smelled like Marijuana inside and the smell was so heavy that my son and I both smell like it now. The sooner they get that dispensary gone next door the better.

I came in with a flubbed up cut from a salon and Julie fixed it!!! Also. The other stylists were.invested in my outcome. Amazing. I will be back!

The girls at this location are so fun and go above and beyond. I saw first hand how professional they have to be at times. The manager, Julie, kept her cool while being yelled at AND filmed by Thomas Donnelly (I only know his name because he left a review). He was listening to something on his phone with the volume up. Julie asked him to please turn it down a little. He turned it all the way up. She again said sorry, but he needs to turn his phone down. He said NO, I REFUSE in a loud aggressive manner so Julie told him she would have to refuse service. He came at her yelling and videotaping. Two of her stylists asked him to leave. My husband called him a few choice names and an elderly man asked him to leave. He refused, even blocking customers from checking out. She finally called the police. These poor stylists are just trying to make others look good and they have to put up with a monster like this. Thank you ladies for always giving a great service with a smile even when faced with an out of control thug.

This Great Clips is ran very professionally from the customer service all the way to the hair cutting experience. I’ve been going to this one for two years now and the manager runs this store very well. The head manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and you can see how she passes that on down to her employees, as they seem to enjoy working for her. I highly recommend checking this one out!

I've been a customer for many MANY years and today the "Manager" Julie decided to accost me as I silently and patiently waited for my check-in because she claimed my phones audio was bothering her. After rudely telling me to turn my phone off, which I politely declined, she threatened me with Tresspass and arrest while all the other employees stood staring blankly. Do NOT give them your business any longer. Then to add to their embarrassment they apparently allow their employees like Melissa Bardwell to try and instigate by publicly trying to "shame" me for calling out their incompetence; unfortunately it just proves how incompetent this locations Manager, Julie, and Melissa is at their roles.

It is hit or miss when going to great clips. The wait can be really long or none at all. The quality can be great or awful. The only consistency is if you buy products. This location on the day I went this time had a short wait but a bad haircut.

Been going to this location for years. Last couple visits have been awful. They seem to want to rush you out and give a choppy service. Janice was awful. Ended up having to clean up my hair at home. Disappointing

Usually I get great hair cuts from Great Clips but when the person cutting your hair is more worried about when Door dash will be there than actually cutting your hair, you will end up 3 inches shorter than you should and absolutely no layers like you asked. I'll stick with a different location.

Wow. Just wow. If I could give negative stars I would. Janice cut my sons (4) hair. First off her personality was horrible. She made it known she was irritated. Unsure if it was because she was cutting a child's hair or she hates her job in general. She was using her long nails to grab my sons head and aggressively turning his head. He gets hus hair cut at great clips every 2 months or so for the last 2 years. Never received experience like that. Then on top of it, the haircut sucks. I told her I didn't like it and that it was too short and she just proceeded to keep cutting.
