Stylists were great, haircuts came out exactly as requested. No problems or concerns!

Really disappointed today. I stopped by today after work to get a veterans coupon since I just had my haircut. They said they ran out at noon. The sad thing is I don’t use the coupon for myself. Last year I gave it to a veteran who couldn’t get out that day. All the years before I gave the coupon to the stylist and tipped them the full amount of the haircut. This is my way of paying forward. It’s a sad day for me and I really miss my more caring shop on Barry Road.

Walked in, first time at Great Clips. Christina greeted me, checked me in, took me to her chair and put an apron on me. We discussed style, cut etc. She did a beautiful cut. Very pleased with my cut. Thank you Christina.

The hair stylist we had was very kind but did not end up giving exactly what we had hoped for with our hair requests. There was also another worker who had a bit of an attitude with the customers.

Although our haircutting experience with Amy (assistant manager) was good and full of kindness, her associate, Denise, made it absolutely awful. She clearly did not like having children in the same vicinity as her and chose to be verbally abusive to my family while present. I would be seriously concerned if any child were to come in and be put into her chair, but especially one who may need some extra grace and care. I'm sad to say that despite Amy being a very kind and good stylist for my son, I wouldn't ever put my family through this experience again.

I've been wanting to get my hair cut but just couldn't decide what hair salon I wanted to go to. I finally decided at the spur of the moment to get it cut at Great Clips just outside of Platte City and I'm grateful that I did finally just take a chance on the Great Clips that I did because I absolutely love my hair!

Bad service make me stay for 1 hr wait at the end didn’t want to offer me the shampoo service couldn’t cut my hair and the lady was with a bad attitude not recommended!! :(

Not sure how I didn't know this place was here! The stylist was engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.

Never leave reviews but went out of my way for this one. They said the wait time was 20 minutes and showed up 15 min later and was told I would have to wait at least 45 minutes bu the extremely rude employee. For sure won't be back.

The customer service here was pretty terrible. Like absolutely terrible. Both people working started arguing over nothing, and instead of leaving, like my son should have, he stayed and they butchered his hair. He / we will never be back.

Adequate for basic haircuts. Don’t take little kids though. I took my 2 1/2 year old and they refused to cut his hair because he won’t sit perfectly still.

Just wish I had remembered to ask her to shave the little bit of hair below my hairline. Even though the length should be enough to cover it my hair is curly and it doesn't always lay how it should.

My husband came home with his hair buzzed off all over his head. He asked for size three at the bottom and 5 on top. I don’t understand how it’s all buzzed off the same length. They just kept saying he got what he asked for. Again would a five guard cut the hair longer than a smaller size. It looks like he enlisted in the military. It’s the same length all over his head. Not what he went in there looking like and definitely NOT what he asked for. He even has a card on file that describes what he gets and they didn’t bother looking at it Be cautious if you choose to go here.

Relax.. you’re at Great Clips! Thats a new slogan or I just never noticed it before. But it’s pretty accurate. Confidence in getting a good haircut is what helps you relax, and I was relaxed.. I know it’s just a haircut, but who doesn’t walk out feeling like you should be closing a big deal on a new skyscraper when you get a great clip? I do.. *hands deal to the buyer* “now sign here..”

Checked in online was able to walk in and be seated. They cut my hair how I wanted and I was out in 20 minutes. They gave me my vet discount.

I DON'T KNOW WHO ANSWER THE PHONE BUT I WAS ADRESSING MY CONCERNS THAT IF PEOPLE CAN'T USE ONLINE TO SET APPOOINTMENT UP AND TRY TO SETUP OVER THE PHONE THIS DUMB LADY HUNG UP ON ME JUST PROVES THAT THIS EMPLOYEE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT THIS COMPAY DOESN'T REPRESENT IT VERY GOOD AND OTHER LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE TOLD HER PLEASE TO FIND OUT WHO AND COMPLAIN BUT I DOUBT IT SHE EVER WILL WHAT A WAY TO TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS BUT GUESS WHAT YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND I WILL SPREAD IT AROUND THAT 5 CLIPS HAS RUDE EMPLOYEES

I was in to get my haircut on June 10. Rebecca was my hairstylist. She was great and polite. However her other coworker not sure her name was very rude when I walked in the door and was rude to multiple customers. There should be no reason for them to be rude upfront with anybody that walks in let alone the person that I seen getting their haircut every time she asked him a question she pretty much just talked down to them very unhappy with her customer service
