I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to. I saw a stylist named Mary, and asked for a mid length cut with layers. I have thick hair for reference. Mary was very nice and well meaning, but then she asked if I wanted face framing layers to which I said I did. She took a HUGE chunk of my hair from the top of my head (apex to my forehead) and cut the whole thing about chin length. When she let go it left the sides of my hair with incredibly choppy, short layers (about chin length) while the back of my hair was to my shoulders. She did hardly any blending in the front. I wish I could’ve spoken up, but by the time I realized what had happened it was too late. I’m not a confrontational person, so in an effort to leave as fast as possible I told her I loved it and even tipped her because I’m a people pleaser, but now I regret it. My hair looks awful. It took me 2 years to grow it out. Not everything Mary did was bad, it was literally just the face framing layers that I felt like she wasn’t well trained with. I can’t stop crying about my hair. If you come here, it’s probably best to steer clear of any new hairstyles and stick to a simple trim or simpler haircut. I won’t be returning.

The girl that cut my grandson hair was actually the one that cut my hair a couple weeks before I actually waited for her but I shouldn't have she cut off a quarter of an inch of his hair I said I wanted it layered there was no layering to his hair went on my vacation to Florida and his hair look just as bad as it did when I took him in there and I paid $20

30+ yrs going to this shop! Some of the team of hairdressers has changed over the years but, I have always received great service and haircuts, and a few of our favorites are still with the company Juanita, V, Jolene, & Rob just to name a few.

Horrible!! How rude can you be ! The woman cutting my hair literally stopped half way through the cut ! I told her I wanted a scissor cut and she was using clippers! I told her I wanted scissors ✂️ and she was like we're done ! Really?? Did not even brush the hair off of my clothes. Learn how to cut ! Not every guy wants a clipper fade !

The experience is only as good as the person doing the cutting and I rarely get the same person..however I have a very simple haircut and have never had any issues...the last person I had was very pleasant and did a fine job on my haircut.

Every time I go to a great clips I regret it but this one is probably the worst I have been to over the years. The hands down most painful haircut I've ever received. I asked for layers and the way her scissors were ripping hair out of my scalp made my eyes water. I was gonna ask her to stop the next time she did that but she only did it at the beginning. The same lady that did me cut my son. Whoever did my bf messed up his eyebrows bad. They are half bald and half long. Horrible horrible place.
