I will never go here again. I went in to get my haircut fixed. I had an uneven haircut from Beauty Brands and the lady working there was very rude. She did not pay attention to what she was doing because she cut it uneven by at least a half inch. Enough for me to see a difference. I was charged for a trim when I sat in her chair for under 30 seconds. I get that she needed to charge me for something, but she was just straight up rude and unwelcoming and did not care enough to double check her work. I will from now on be going to a regular salon for my trims.

Staff was dismissive and heavy handed. Acted almost as if there was some level of racial bias toward me as well. Unacceptable.

I love Kim!! She is the best!! It’s like I have known her my whole life!! So friendly and personable. Plus she knows her stuff!!! She made suggestions for my hair cut and it turned out better than what I could have imagined. I will definitely be back!!

After telling the stylist what I was wanting, she informed that was not what I should or she would do. She cut way more off than I asked for, did not offer a wash or style. Disappointing cut & customer service.

Checked in online, but had some computer issues upon arrival, separating my son and I erases our check-in. This was solved at the counter, so there was no inconvenience to us. Great hair cuts, I tried something new, and it was phenominal.

These folks are awesome! I was on my lunch break & they got me in & out in 20ish minutes. And my haircut was perfect!!! Will definitely go back there.
