I love Great Clips on Chautoue! Always a GREAT cut! I travel to California and Nevada to visit family often. The ladies always compliment my hair!!! And they spend much more on theirs in a salon, Great Clips have them beat for fraction of the price!!! I NEVER have been disappointed, and conversations are also GREAT!!!

The lady that does my hair Lyla does an impeccable job , since she joined great clips , she is the only one i will use , even if i have to wait because she is backed up .

I always check in because the wait while you’re there can be long. The lady who cut my hair was nice, but as I waited with about 5 other people she took her time to go on a break. I understand people need breaks, but thought the timing wasn’t ideal. When she cut the back of my head she used clippers and left razor burn all across my neck.

Literally the most half @$$#& hair cut Ive had the miss pleasure of paying 20$ for. Barely zipped around, and very little blending. Asked for two inches and got four in some places. I had to finish blending it at home because I was scared it would get messed up more if I said anything. Beware! I'm never going back!

Unfortunately I didn't catch my hairstylists name, she had the last booth on the right side. I wish I knew her name, I would like to give her a shout out! She was so awesome and my hair feels so healthy now. Thank you for the wonderful conversation! When I need another trim I'll definitely be back to see her.

Chrissy is an amazing hairstylist- she is very talented and cares about her customers. She goes above and beyond to achieve what people want- I enjoy coming to this great clips bc all of their stylists do a good job at this location- all of them are very experienced and talented at doing hair as well- keep up the good work

I came in march 19 after picking my kids up from school. The hairstyle rolled her eyes as soon as she seen me open the door with my kids. I waited 10 min till she called my kids for their haircut. My son got a haircut. However, my daughter stylist didn’t want to brush out her hair ! She handed me the brush. I was shocked how unprofessional she was. She stated she had customers waiting and didn’t have time. Keep in mind I been waiting and I am a customer. The other hairstylist offered to cut my daughter hair but the lady had already taken her off the list. We left and had to drive to a different salon to cut her hair. I have been to this salon multiple times to cut my kids hair and they alway brushed out their hair. It is not a kid friendly salon and I will never go to it again.

Do NOT come here! Save yourself the money. My husband had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Kelly. You can see the results of her work below, please note his hair was already cut this way all we asked her to do was clean up the short part. Basically a buzz cut. She left patches and uneven parts literally EVERYWHERE. The most unsettling though, was how negative her attitude was. She informed us that trimming his beard was "above her pay grade" and rolled her eyes as hard as she could. As she cut his hair she was coughing and said " I have been flemmy for 2 days". She complained thoroughly about how Great Clips offers her no benefits. Joshua was so patient and he tried so hard to lift her mood. She wasn't having it, she said she's is sick of cleaning great clips only to go home to clean her own house. She also offered her thoughts on how she does not like cutting the hair of poor college students. We paid $35 for the hair cut you see below. Only to come home and try to fix it. I think the pictures say enough. Horrible face to your company!

Absolutely horrible experience I get there just after opening and I'm third on the list to people who checked in online but are not even there a man's name was called three times but he wasn't there for his schedule appointment so I waited then he shows up and gets to go right in front of everyone even though his name had been called three times and he wasn't there this is absolutely unacceptable you need to make changes to your online check-in system you need to train your stylist that if someone misses their name when they check in online they do not get to just jump line it's disrespectful to everyone else sitting there who showed up when they were supposed to

Hair dresser wanted to argue what her opinion of an undercut pixie is - after reviewing 4 photos labeled “undercut pixie” from other salons and 2 videos. I had her do a pixie - asked for the undercut - which she could not do. Not my usual place for a trim - even my regular hairdresser refers to my style as undercut pixie.
