Might be the least pleasant experience I’ve had getting a haircut. Didn’t listen to me that I said take it as short on sides as possible. Will not return to them. Had been using great clips for a couple years

My experience was Horrible as a customer. When I arrived, there were two staff members an old woman and another middle-aged woman. I sincerely suggest never get a haircut from this Great Clips, especially from that older woman. She was utterly unprofessional and uninterested in work. I experienced discrimination as an immigrant. The older woman was rough with the clippers, didn’t listen to anything I said, and even threatened and warned me, claiming I was making her job harder. She demanded a tip despite being so disrespectful 😮😮. I don’t think I will ever visit this Great Clips location again, and I strongly suggest you to avoid this place. Thank you.

I checked in as a new customer. Sherry led me to her chair, only to tell me she didn't have time to wash my hair because people were waiting. Ok? Got up and left. Horrible service. Someone tell Sherry how hair salon work please. If you don't accept walk ins, don't have me sign in and wait, only to basically kick me out in favor of the lobby.

I was there this morning and was treated very disrespectfully by Ty. She was rude even before I sat down. I have short hair that I style everyday. I always use hairspray, but knowing I was getting my haircut this morning, I used very little. She made 2 comments about it even before I got to the chair.It was bad enough that I walked out!!! I have been going to this salon for quite a while and the experience had always been good. Unfortunately I will never go back.

I’ve been a customer of great clips for years and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The stylist clearly did not read the notes because she turned what was supposed to be a high fade and finger length on top into using a 1 guard over the top of my head. No blending between guards or giving me the no line fade in the back that I have always received. I now have to spend more money to get the hack job evened out and cleaned up. This was my third haircut at a KC location since moving up here and the only time that I have had an issue. I will never be back to this location.

One of the most ironic spots for a hair cut and it's fantastic! Altho it does suck when corporate policy's is in the way of my hair cut, when the Barber has to go a bit faster for policy's, none the less my hair cut experience was amazing good communication definitely felt safe and free, as well as comfortable and the most amazing thing is that the barbers where communicating, with each other and others making everyone smile BEST HAIR CUT EXPERIENCE

Badly needed my hair cut so I went to Great Clips on 103rd St. Signed in online so didn't have to wait. Ty was my stylist and verified that I still wanted my hair cut the same way that was in their system. After confirmation, Ty went to work cutting my hair. When finished, my hair looked terrific. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ty at this location as you stylist.

I happily drive 20 minutes to this location bc of the way I'm treated every time. I feel welcomed when I walk in and never feel like I'm bothering the greeter. Michelle always cuts it the way I ask and I get tons of compliments!! Worth every penny!
