Prices have went up to almost the same as Sports Clips but you don’t get the hot towel, wash, and massage. Therefore, I’d say if Sports Clips is just too busy.. this place will suffice for a basic haircut.

Visited this location a couple of days ago. It really pains me to leave this review because I've had good experiences here in the past. Especially with a stylist by the name of Whitney.I actually waited a couple of days on this one to get my thoughts together. After my recent experience, I can honestly say that all but one of the current staff members definitely have serious opportunities for improvement. The quality of this location has really TANKED. Allow me to explain. I walked in and a person by the name of Sophie approached me to begin the "check in" process. She wasn't personable, didn't smile and quite frankly seemed "put-out" by the fact that she had to assist me. I had a question and prefaced it with the fact that I sincerely wasn't trying to offend her. I simply asked her if she had experience and did she feel comfortable working with "ethnic" hair. What did I say that for?!? She proceeded to get an instant attitude and stated "I'll give you to someone else since it seems you're uncomfortable with me. There's a stylist over there who has hair like yours. There's also a stylist here that's married to a black man and works with her "mixed" children's hair." WHAT 😳?!? I responded back and said "That wasn't my question. If you're comfortable working with my hair then I'm okay". However, her nasty attitude and vile demeanor let me know that trying to work with her was going to result in disaster. So I just took a seat to wait. She then proceeded to walk over to one of the stylist and said to her in front of another customer that I'd questioned her and that I was uncomfortable with her cutting my hair. Very unprofessional and in poor taste - classless really. After, she walked toward the back of the store and began talking about me, where I could hear it, to the woman with the black husband and "mixed" kids. Really?!?! She then proceeded to stare at me throughout my waiting time. When I did get in the stylist chair she sat in an empty stylist chair right across from us being nosy, staring and attempting to "mean mug" me the ENTIRE time. Girl BYE! 👋 Stop acting like a child. The stylist she called herself "dumping" me on was named, Tashi and she was very sweet. She greeted me with a smile and was very professional. Total and complete opposite of Sophie. Tashi checked to make sure the cutting cape wasn't too tight around my neck and did everything she could to ensure I was comfortable. I really appreciate her for that. Take notes Sophie because this is how a REAL professional handles themselves. I had a couple of questions for Tashi and like a person with maturity and sanity - she answered them with no issues. My two questions were centered around the fact that I'm planning to get my hair braided for the first time ever and really wanted to know if it would even be wise to trim my ends or if I should wait until I removed the braids. She gave me her honest opinion and so I decided to wait to get my hair trimmed at a later time. The only reasons I left a one star 🌟 is because one I'm required to do so in order to leave a review and two the only star in this place is Tashi. I have a feeling like all the previous talented professionals that've worked at this location before, she'll soon be leaving. In conclusion, the lack of professionalism from Sophie was absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous. She lost her entire mind behind a simple question, which is an indicator she may have some type of insecurity she needs to address within herself. Don't take that out on the customer. Whatever the issue was, it was not my problem and for that reason I won't be returning and will no longer recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

Trisha is a great stylist! She is also kind and very personable. She knows exactly what she is doing and I trust her, knowing in the end, I would have a great cut! Thank you Trish!

Sophie is awesome! I never felt rushed--in fact she took her time and made sure my hair was perfect. Will definitely be back for my elder emo hair needs!

Stateliness station store is horrible. If you don't watch your belongings, they will be stolen. Staff doesn't care about it and will let anyone come in and take it.

Went to the one in Martin City, got right in due to them having.the app where you could make your own apointment. The girl that cut my hair did a good job but i could of had.more taken off.

Terrible service. Staff was purposefully dragging their feet to try and prolong wait time, obviously trying to push away incoming customers. The old lady also rejected a coupon that a man had JUST received the day before because it was "expired". Workers clearly don't know customer retention skills

I went in to get a haircut today and what I got wasn’t what I wanted. Woman who cut my hair asked which way I combed my hair, then proceeded to scissor it so short that it couldn’t be combed or shaped in any way. Basically a buzz cut, ridiculous when I asked for half of my hair on top to be cut. Obviously didn’t listen or pay attention to what I asked for…

Other than the lady who cut my hair being friendly, she seemed completely overwhelmed/under trained. She basically alluded to the fact she was fired from Sports Clips for not doing a good enough job there (while underperforming their expectations), then proceeded to cut my hair in random places with really no plan or direction. I now have multiple different lengths of hair near areas that were supposed to be “blended”. She also was SLOW (and not in a good way like she was trying to pay close attention to detail). I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible before she messed anything else up. I will not be going back to this location.

They let me check in for a wait time of over 60 minutes then denied me service once I arrived because it was close to their closing time. If you are not going to serve me, don't let me check in.
