DO NOT COME. Bad experience with rude hairdresser. Did not seem to understand requests such as 'Can you show me the back of my hair?' Used a razor on long, thick hair. When I asked about the unevenness at the back she said it was because of my 'waves'. I have completely straight hair. Now my fringe has parts 2 inches longer than the others. It is not straight and goes halfway up my forehead. The hairdresser in question had dyed blonde hair with light pink highlights (I do not know her name). Be careful with your hair especially with your kids during back to school season.

I like having the ability to pull up previous haircuts and cut to that specifications, the problem is that each stylist is an individual and cuts differently. Stylists also change often so a haircut still isn't going to match the previous cut.

This place has gone downhill fast - it used to be the best one in Katy - now all they can find is incompetent people that can’t even reprint a credit receipt. I checked in online from home at 220 pm on Saturday - got here at 239 pm and told the lady I was here and name #4 on the list - she said ok you’re checked in - my wife is texting me at 257 pm you’re next on the list - they kept taking people ahead of me that had just arrived - so I checked the board at the front - my name was there #1 but it didn’t show me “in salon.” Thats why all the other people were getting ahead of me. Incompetent lady at front desk didn’t even check me in - time to find a better place for haircuts!

Was the worst hair I ever had paying more attention to her kid. And did not look at what the picture I had. Never again. Waste of money and very disappointed in the service.
