Never coming back to this salon again. The made my kid almost bald. I told them cut little bit of hair but they trimmed his hair completely of his head. They don’t listen to you. They will screw your hair.

This location is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Reyna is my go to stylist and does a wonderful job but I’ve had other stylists cut my hair too and they’ve done a great job!

I will never go back. My hair is wavy and has to be very wet to get a straight, even cut. I told the staff member that twice. She ignored me and now my hair is an uneven mess. I could not get out of the chair fast enough.

I called to ask about if they accept coupons.I was told get a haircut and then we will tell you.What a SCAM.Just tell the people when they show you the coupon.I have never heard this kind of an answer .

I’ve been GreatClips customer for around 5 years at Tustin District California and had great experience. I went to the Fulshear Greatclips with same expectations and had hair cut for myself and my 2 children. It was the worst hair cut we ever had. Both the stylists seems to not have basic experience and screwed up our hair style. We deeply regret and decided to never step into any GreatClips as long as we live in Houston area

I was not satisfied with the length of my kid’s haircut. I asked the barber to fix it, but she refused, saying she had a fixed time frame to cut each customer’s hair.

Please don't get tempted by the coupon. Hair cut is very bad even after considering the discounted price. My hair cut is patchy uneven lengths of cuts. Please avoid.

They have horrible service and very rude to my wife. They refused to blow dry my wife’s hair and my wife had to do it herself. It is also witnessed that they overcharge another customer for a kid’s haircut. Bottom line is they really don’t give it a F about their customers. Unless you are looking for a bad day, don’t go there.

They have only one person that cuts decent. The others either talk too much and dont focus on the cut, or just rush through the cut. The last cut I had was so bad I had to stop going.

Highly unprofessional hairdressers, totally disappointed with the result of hair cut. Length of hair different from both sides. I asked on purpose to check the result as it happened to me in Great clips once, and it happened again. That was my last visit to the “salon”

Great experience for my almost 93 year old husband. No waiting time for him on his walker. Elizabeth was super patient , kind and understanding! She took her time cutting his hair to perfection! We appreciate Great clips!

They must be under new management or something, but 3-4 years ago you couldn't get good service or good haircuts. I've been getting my haircuts and both of my boy's haircuts here for a few months now and they do a great job. If you haven't given them a chance, or haven't been in a few years I would recommend giving them another try.

Absolutely terrible experience with my son at this location. Showed them a photo and they started buzzing the hair off without regard to the photo. Scared my timid 5 year old son and butchered his hair. When I approached the stylist, he scoffed and said there was nothing they could do. He got the manager after fourth discussion and she agreed and denied responsibility for the terrible job. Do not give this place your business, they are not professional and do not care about your appearance.

The service and the people working are very professional and very nice! There was a guy that came and started banging the door like crazy saying how can you close 5 mins before 5pm. They had 2 customers already and they were still talking to take him but his behavior was so scary and bad everyone decided to not take him. I want everyone to know that the employees working have a life as well if you need a haircut come at working hours don’t come 5 mins before the salon closes.

Very good location, just be specific and they’ll get it right .If you’re gonna get any stylist ask for Dion and the other Hispanic lady, they’re some of the best.
