Fake $14.99 promotions. They claim its only valid Thursdays. The old lady that worked there refused to look up the hair cut numbers and said that the number doesn't exist in their directory in this particular dalon. She kept belittling us for wanting to use a coupon even though we accepted her initial answer.

I went to get a haircut for my 5 year old son. I was helped by a young, rude and arrogant blond guy!!! I showed him the design I wanted and stood next to my son to keep him calm. Before he started cutting his hair, the guy told me to sit down because he couldn't work like that. I went to sit down and when he was almost finished, I approached him and told him to cut his hair shorter, to which he refused, supposedly saying that he couldn't do it anymore. He got my son out of the chair and I told him again that I wanted it shorter because his hair sticks up too much, and he refused to do it. The next time I go there, I don't want him to help me!!! If he isn't professional in customer service, he shouldn't be there!!!

They wash your hair for $10. And they do not blow dry your hair unless you pay another $35 😅

VERY DISAPPOINTED . Worst Place to get your haircut done, I had a picture for what I wanted, but they messed my haircut even after looking at the picture. They were very rude and wouldn’t even listen to my requirements.

They kept showing me a fb promotion of back to school without any codes .It said no coupon necessary. But at the time of billing they said its only applicable on tuesday wed thur. The promotion had no such fine print. When I complained to the customer service they initially claimed it was a fraud link but when I showed them it went to their website they redirected to the franchise owner who said it was not applicable on monday and thats it. I replied asking where does it say tha on the link or fine print but I never got a response. I kept seeing the promotion even few days after that. If you cant honor promotions , just dont do promotions. These are cheap gimmicks

Horrible experience m. The hair stylist did not listen to me at all. The given cut as uneven and she said that my head tilts and hence it looks uneven. She spend 3-4 minutes total on my haircut and just uses the clippers.

**** I haven't been in here for a while. And NOW I won't go back again. When I first walked in there, I did not sense ANY kind of welcome whatsoever. Then finally when someone walked up to me, there was NO "Hello," or NO "How are you today," etc. She just said, "What's your phone number?" I gave her my number and she said my name. When we back to her chair I told her exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, she proceeded to basically cut my hair how she felt it should look. The only thing she did right was to do the number on the clippers that I asked for. She didn't leave my bangs long and continued to cut my hair like I was going into the MIlitary. Our conversation was okay, but I did all the initiating of it. There simply NO friendliness at all from her. She was the lead at the time I went in there. She said she is from Everett. She NEEDS MUCH BETTER COACHING AND/OR TRAINING. Then I didn't need to do this, but I figured I would tip her $5, even though I was not happy with my haircut. The tip was NOT appreciated, as she said nothing afterwards. I WON'T go back there. I SURE HOPE the OWNER of this "Great Clips" READS THIS. ****

There was a 4-person wait and 3 women working. They all finished their cuts around the same time and were cleaning their stations. I would imagine they could have sat three new customers in a matter of minutes, but no. A customer was having difficulty checking in online and ALL 3 women felt it necessary to stop what they were doing and assist him at the computer. This went on for fifteen minutes: 3 employees huddled around a computer with four customers waiting. Could two of them not have returned to their jobs while one dealt with the computer? Was the computer issue really a 3-person job? I don’t know if this experience speaks more to the employees’ incompetence or laziness. I will not be returning.

Visited three times there, the first two times the barber was the same person, she was niceand patiethe last time was another barber, her attitude was really bad, not patient with the communication and corrected several times of my English pronunciation. My son was under 10 years old and he said she had a bad attitude while ask him bowing his head. I gave 25% tips in the end even when my son’s cut hair were around the face and necks, she handed the towel to me and let me to clean by myself. The worst barber experience ever!
