I went in there yesterday to get a haircut and had the pleasure of meeting one of their new stylist, Allie. She is a very sweet girl and very talented, glad to see her working there and will continue to visit.

I’ve been coming here for years, I’ve b never seen the same stylist in there twice which tells me the turnover is astronomical and not a great place to work for, it almost seems to me they get the failures from the local beauty schools. I started going to Ross The Boss and letting students cut my hair cause they have to learn too, I’ve never had a bad experience there at the school, maybe called Reuben Allen Now, either way, everytime I go to great clips the price goes up and up and I leave feeling completely disappointed, I’ll stick to the practicing beauty schools, yeah it may take a bit longer but I’ve never left with something I didn’t want or that was wrong. Period, Great Clips, keep this up and pretty soon you’ll be out of business, I’ll put money on it!!!

Staff are fast, friendly, and the store is kept clean. Friendly environment and prices are fair. Location is convenient and appointment slots are often available on short notice.

Update your mobile website, idiots! It says you close at 8 pm on Sat, but I arrived and the door said 7 pm. Time wasted.

I go to Farragut Great Clips. Olivia is my stylist. I enjoy my monthly visits to Great Clips because of Olivia. A company is only as good as their employees. Olivia is always upbeat, positive and funny. I’m sure everyone has their favorite. Mine is Olivia!

Had an amazing haircut from here yesterday! Really loved what my hair stylist did to transform the long mess that was on my head. It's unfortunate that I didn't think to ask what her name is to ask for her next time...

I walked in right at 5pm on Saturday, and both hairdressers were very attentive and friendly! I only waited about three minutes max after I walked in, and I got the haircut I wanted in under 15 minutes, all while having a great conversation. I definitely recommend this salon for a quick cut and friendly service. 😊

First time I took my 6 year old daughter here it was fine. Decided I wanted to take some length and weight off of the back of her hair a few weeks later...I was very specific-I just wanted the back taken up and the front kept the same length so it was angled. The girl cut the back to the length we decided but then she cut the front the same length as the back which is exactly what I didn't want. I can't fix her hair bc there's no more to cut off in the back to get the angle. I'm kinda sick about it because it looks BAD. Y'all, please just try to listen a little better.

In and out quickly with a great cut. When I asked for whitewalls around my ears she knew exactly what I meant and even tapered my hair. Great cut!

The employees here are amazing and ALWAYS do a great job compared to other salons. Today the Queue ran long and I had to wait past 7 but the employees stayed and finished the 3 remaining haircuts that ran past 7 including mine with smiles and did not rush to leave. So give these guys a raise or buy them lunches because it is that extra going above and beyond, no complaining and seeing the good in things that really sets Great Clips apart for me.

Tiffany gave me the best fade I've ever had in a Great Clips, usually I'd have to go to a barber and spend 40 dollars to get that level of haircut. Not to mention, she took her time and made sure it was perfect. I'm definitely happy with her work and I'd recommend you ask for her. She'll be worth the wait.
