The lady who cut my hair messed it all up even after me stopping her and telling her she was not cutting correctly. My hair was so uneven all over and was not at all what I ask for even showed a picture of what I wanted I will never go back there

My daughter went there to have her dead ends trimmed and wound up having 7 inches taken off. There is absolutely no excuse for this.

If you don't know how to do a fade. You should say something. Had to have another haircutter fix it. Just please say something if your learning . I felt like was getting a free haircut at a beauty school on her first day. I don't ever complain. And very easy going. But that ridiculous. I thought I was getting pranked.

Hair stylists were so friendly and patient! I got a basic trim recently and it was very well done and straight, but once I got home and styled my hair like usual, the front two sides were way off. I went back and explained my problem and they got me in right away and worked out how to fix it. Even though I was being difficult and didn’t know what I wanted, the stylists were so patient with me and did a fantastic job!

Great experience at this location, it was easy to drop my wife off and shop at a store near by while she got her hair cut. Friendly staff and it was clean inside and in parking lot.

I’ve been to a few GC locations across the Knoxville area, but Halls is by FAR my favorite. I always get my haircut how I want it and I always request April to cut my hair. She always does an excellent job and makes sure I’m satisfied before I leave. She even squares away the renegade eye brows and ear hairs that I miss. All the ladies here do a great job, but April is my go to!!

My husband went in for a haircut and instead he got a chop job as well as getting to listen to his hairstylist complain that she has to work today and she left all his cut hair on his forehead. She was rude the entire interaction. My husband isn't please with his haircut and neither am I. I strongly recommend not going to this place for a haircut. I would give no stars if I could!

The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. You can actually check in online which is very convenient. I had tried to cut my own hair and botched it up. Brittany had a suggestion to fix it and it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. I have been looking for a place closer to home and have definitely found it!
