I was very afraid to come to get such a drastic change from a walk in place, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good my hair turned out. Beth was my stylist. She was slightly timid, but don't let that fool you! She did fantastic!! I love my hair, it turned out just how I had pictured it in my mind. Thank you Beth!

Extremely rude barber staring me up and down questioning if my puppy was a service animal after responding to her, she continued to stare me up and down, yet there isn’t one sign to indicate no pets allowed inside nor outside. Never have I had such an unwelcoming experience from this location.

I have been going to this location for 2 years and originally the one on Serene is the location me and my family have been too since it had opened. I come in and get a haircut that I have been getting for 3 years straight and it’s nothing complicated. Today I sat down and the woman who cut my hair said “the usual on the sides?” So I assumed yes the usual and the she begins to cut without referencing the notes or asking what else specifically. I will say on my part I should’ve communicated sooner and when I stoped her and said what I usually get she says, “well I’ve already started I just can’t do something else and I can’t blend it.” I just ask to make it look the same on both sides and try to do whatever I normally get. But she rushed my cut and that was he fastest haircut I have ever gotten??? I felt she wanted me out of the salon and the energy and attitude from the start was terrible. She sped as fast as she could through the haircut and I walked out with an unsymmetrical haircut and razor burn on the back my neck. If you want to come here ask for Barbie because she is the only person who seems competent enough to cut hair and knows what she’s doing. Only coming back and requesting for Barbie or going to another salon from now on because this is ridiculous.

I come here for Belem only. Everyone else here is rude and can't cut hair. Called today and got hung up on 3 times. Super unprofessional.

I have been a Great clips for over 15 years between their salon on Serene and most recently Silverado Ranch. I've always got great service and have enjoyed the ladies who have cuty hair. My complaint is their offer of a free haircut coupon for veterans. Why would you put a expectation date on the coupon? I just got a haircut and won't need another before 19 days, it expires on November 29th. Why not make it my next haircut? I'm disappointed, however I still like Great Clips and would encourage anyone to go there. Earl Friend

NONO this was really bad I indicated to only clip 1.5 in she went in for 4 in plus I look horrible I haven't even really recognized myself yet it's been six weeks I don't want to mention names because I have a heart BE CAREFUL HERE and they don't want to give a refend !!!!!!!!

Sarah clarified how I wanted my hair cut- quick and efficient. When I didn’t know about face framing length she chose a length of best fit, letting me know we can go shorter if wanted. Helped show me how I can style including tips for my thicker yet flat hair. Very nice person!

***GO SOMEWHERE ELSE*** Walked in today just to get a haircut. It was pretty rushed, I went home and my haircut was horrible! I had to get another haircut to fix this lady's mistake! I ended up having a Mohawk because this lady didn't blend it. This "hair stylist" also let me walk out the door covered in hair! I'm scratching like crazy! Do yourself a favor and ***GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!***

I take my grandmother here frequently! Julie is her favorite barber at the Silverado Ranch location! She is amazing and very attentive! She does a wonderful job!

I took my little brother here since the location on serene shut down. My mom sent me a picture of a fade, I showed Sherry when she was gonna be the one to cut my brothers hair. You can just tell by the get go that she has this huge attitude. I showed her the picture, she doesn’t even say anything. So I go back to sit down, she then asks to see the picture again so I showed it to her. She starts making these comments “ you want his hair that short? “ or “ well that’s a barber cut “ and I told her it’s just the picture my mom sent me because he just wants a fade. She goes silent for a little and then says “ okay if that’s what you want “ So I’m waiting for her to finish cutting, and when she’s done, my brothers hair is done entirely different. She cut it more short than it looked like in the picture?? It’s like two entirely different hair cuts, and according my brother she was even laughing about it while cutting his hair. This woman has a rude attitude. I did not need her commentary on the hair either. She’s simply supposed to cut it, and she couldn’t even do that correctly. The fade was done fine, but the top of the hair is just too short vs what I showed her.

Whatever haircut you ask for men, they do same style for everyone. Noticed 5 men got same hair style irrespective of what we asked for.
