I used to go to Great Clips all the time had a bad experience with a long gone manager, so last night I went in to give them another try WOW Christin listened to my requests, of please don't cut my hair like the pic I showed her, SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID IT ALL RIGHT !!!! THANK YOU MA"AM FOR THE BEST HAIR CUT IVE HAD IN A FEW YEARS, I WAS SMILING WHILE I WAS STYLING MY HAIR THIS MORNING, PERFECT !!!! It’s very difficult to consistently get a good haircut here now that Nicole left. This time Cat cut my hair for the first time and as always, I asked for it to be clipped to the skin over my ears and along the back. When she was done it looked okay from a distance in the mirror, but when I got home and washed my hair in the shower, I didn’t feel skin on the sides and back. Sure enough, I looked at it in the mirror and it was too long, so I immediately made the trip back to Great Clips and Cat was clocking out, but I had her re-do my haircut. It’s still not short enough, but It’s better. Last month there was a gal there who did a good job, but I can’t remember her name. She wasn’t there yesterday though, even though I went there at the same day and time. My hair is really easy and I only ask for such a basic cut: down to the skin on the sides and back, blended upwards and a half-inch or so trim on the top. I don’t understand why that’s difficult.

Came in with my kids wanted a simple hair cut i thought lady who did my hair did her own thing even afyer in told her what i wanted. I will not be returning. Watch out for the old lady in the back DONT let her cut your hair. She will do what she wants to it.

1st time being here, had a 1 to1 cut from where I'm from, it'e insane. Absolutely recommended 10/10 Marie was very lovely and understanding. Such a great stylist !

2 people only working. Everyone quit after being bought out. Each haircut is 30min Talk talk talk. Lost it skills in communication!!! Sad

Call ahead and get the time you have to wait. I go early as possible. Have had a good #4 haircut the last couple years I have been going.

Incompetent employee rude unprofessional. Came in for a hair cut I got treated with disrespect didn’t get what I wanted cause the stylist doesn’t understand. Just decides to get ghetto kick you out cause you told them this ain’t what you want you get called complicated asked to leave. I will not come here or recommend this place to anyone. I will following up with the owner of this location be sure this stylist doesn’t cut hair EVER AGAIN! I AM MENTALLY TRAUMATIZED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE. SO YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THERAPY BILLS AND MEDIUCATIONS

It's the 21st century, there's no reason any business should be cash only unless they are running a scam or a business front for some illegal stuff. I checked in online and waited an hour for my window and when I got there this sign was on the door. She instructed me to go to dollar general for an ATM but yeah no I'm not going to still put money in your business when I have to go do extra leg work and then still be expected to tip and pay full price. Shut this place down or fire the people that where working at 4pm on Monday the 6th.

Complete disaster! I took my son for a cut and made his hair cut terrible! A 5 year old can cut better than this place. Save your money and go somewhere else and save the embarrassment.
