These last 3 review of Cat are absolute nonsense. I’ve been going to her for 5 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else getting my hair right. Besides that she’s a lovely person and en enjoy sitting in her chair. Anyone who says differently are full of crap!

Had the very unpleasant experience of getting my haircut from a woman with grey hair named cat. I believe she was from some other country because her English was broken and very hard to understand. I told her the type of haircut that I wanted and I absolutely got nothing of the sort. It’s choppy uneven and my Lineup in the back is at an angle not squared off like I had asked. I also noticed that her tools were dirty. Her workstation was dusty and she didn’t appear clean herself. Her clippers had multiple different colours of hair in the blades and her breath was awful upon speaking with her. I give this place one star because I have to, otherwise it would get zero stars. And this stylist who said she has been there for 10 years should not be there another 10 days.

Wow what a disappointment the haircut I received was. Saturday afternoon marks the worst haircut I have ever received from this Great Clips. The Armenian lady with the gray hair in the corner by the name of Cat cut my hair and it couldn't be worse. My sideburns are uneven my hair is now a mullet and I look like I walked off that 70's show. I asked her to trim my hair no more than a quarter of an inch but now my hair is 4 inches shorter than it was when I walked in ..she claimed it was dead and needed to go. Whether or not it was, it was not her job to take my hair without my permission.. we'll never visit this location again.. maybe it's time she retires.

I was very unhappy with my SHORT butchered haircut. Ricardo was so busy talking to the other hair stylist he didn't pay attention to the cut and how short and UNEVEN it was. He had me turned away from the mirror so I could not see what he was doing. After I told him it was too short and uneven and he said well look at how well the back turned out. Will never get my haircut from him again. 2 other stylists have always done a great job on my hair cut. I will go to one of them next time!!!

The ladies were nice but when they cut his hair I was next to him since he's little and when I looked up close I saw that the clippers she was using had so much hair from the previous ladies cut who had white hair so it got on my son and since it was wet and she combed it to the side I couldn't tell it was but when we got home and showered him this is what was left. His top hairs are so short that they don't go down and the front is longer but all butchered. I get it you get what you pay for but I've cut his hair before and it wasn't a mess like this. We ended up just shaving it off.

Tried to get a coupon they gave me one that was expired so I tried talking to someone there they were very rude told me that's my problem and argued with me definitely will never go there again

My 12 year old daughter wanted to layer her hair. The stylist calls my daughter to the back. I walk to the back to ask her if she showed her stylist the haircut she wants and he immediately said "I don't need a picture" I was taken back by his attitude. I said well it's what she wants..he says "it's long layers, there's only one way, i dont need a picture"...1st of all if you look at the picture she took, the girls hair is short! Which calls for SHORT hair & layers w/ bangs!!!! Just because you've been cutting hair for who knows how long, doesn't give you the right to talk or look down on PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT WAY! I drove out of there telling my daughter don't ever settle! Don't ever let anyone talk down to you or allow others to treat you any kind of way to fit their agenda. Never in all my life has someone talk to me that way! Never again. Didn't catch his name but he had glasses, probably asian descent. 8/26/24 so sad people don't know how to treat other people with kindness & respect.

What a wonderful experience ❤️ we checked in online and only had to wait one minute while they got our info. My son is biracial and Candy did and absolutely wonderful job with him. She talked to him about his hair and how to take care of it. He has SO much hair and usually people shy away from wanting to do it. Candy went above and beyond. Sabrina did my cut. I went from length to a major chop and she did such an amazing job. We will most definitely be back! We both left feeling and looking amazing, thank you ladies 😘
