Great Clips has a DO NOT SERVICE after disputing a haircut that was damage by a hairstylist. Now I cannot get a haircut from any great clips. Do not trust this company if they damage your hair. They will end up putting you on a list .

Shaila cut my hair today and oh my goodness it was the best haircut I have ever had. My hair stayed long, the layers are even, she was super sweet throughout the hair cut. I definitely recommend you see her.

The hair stylist Kiara at this location is the rudest and most inexperienced stylist I have ever had. I am a professional in the entertainment industry and know how stylist are suppose to work, especially at a company like great clips that is a corporation serving paying customers. She kept arguing with me when I was trying to tell her the look I am going for and when I asked her for her advice she became angry and then when I told her what I wanted her to do she grabbed my hair roughly and just started to chop away at it, I was appalled and shocked by this reaction from her, then she was rushing the rest of the way and took the body cover off like she was done when she didn’t even trim up my sideburns properly. I have been coming to this location every 3/4 weeks for a cut for the past four years and I have never had this experience here before or anything close to it. Kiara must also be new as I have not noticed her here as a stylist but unfortunately I have her a shot with my hair and she purposely botched it up and then as I was paying for my $19, I intentionally did not tip her of course , fyi (first time ever not tipping for a haircut here) and she gave me the meanest squinting eyes as I was leaving. So obvious and predictable for a mean person like her. I really hope this great clips location cleans the place up as I had other great stylists here before and I am actually one of the better tippers I know since I myself know what it takes to work hard and service people professionally with the best try at k can do and it’s a shame to see people that do not care or love what they do. I can understand someone having a bad day, but don’t take it out on me and do your job properly when I’m a paying customer. I hope they do better personality screen in ga for their employees for the next batch of hires.

Why should I make an appointment online only to wait an additional 30 minutes after I arrive? Obviously you are more concerned with your labor costs vs customer retention.

Yeah no, as a pre teen; do not go here. I specifically asked for thin bangs and showed her the picture almost 3 times yet she gave me the thickest bangs ever. I didn’t complain at first since I knew it had to dry but once it did and looked horrible; I bursted into tears. Obviously the workers here do not follow directions or listen to the customers. Should’ve never waited or even let my mom pull into the driveway of this place. P.S, the hairdresser was very impatient and was very ignorant. I don’t have a name so I’m just leaving a review.

I was in last Sunday thank you Mike for getting my hair nice and healthy. And also spending time explaining the acorn theory to me. First time I’ve had someone actually give me a recommendation to preserve my hair which I highly appreciate!!! I always ask for genuine feedback from hairdressers and I truly appreciate Mike taking the time to help guide me to keeping my hair healthier! Thank you!

I walked in soon as the Salon Opened. Trevis helped me immediately. Great conversation, polite respectful. Military Vet. Mad respect. Also says only been doing it for a short time. But he has skill of a pro. He doesn't try to get you done and rush you out. Detailed haircut. Definitely coming back!! Thank you Trevis!!

I just left this location and for the first time in a long time I was truly happy with my experience. Trevis is the man, best haircut I've had from great clips ever and he knocked my beard out of the park. I didn't even have to tell him what to do, he just knew the way I liked it. Trevis is awesome. Whatever you do....don't take your kid to Great Clips on Deer Springs/Hualapi by Albertsons and allow Venus to cut their hair. I don't know if she was having a bad night, but she butchered one haircut right before my kid's and that should have been a sign. All the dad before me kept saying was....are you sure you wanted it that short? I try to let my kid speak for himself, but my kid got these hey mom... it's not right looks, so I stood up to go ask him if everything was okay. He said no, told her what was wrong and I stood behind her saying nothing. She turned around and told me to go sit down that she didn't need me. Ummm.... my kid is 12...my kid needs me and I said nothing to her. So I sat down. She did something quick with his hair and he came over to me, still with a it's not right look on his face, almost in tears. I asked him what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, and all the lady kept saying was... $18, $18, $18 you need to pay... granted, while she was saying this my card was in the machine. Once it was done, I pulled my card out, she grabbed the receipt and threw it on the counter. I said ummm...okay, and asked her to fix it, she threw up her arms, so I asked if the other employee could fix it. Subsequently she said I was being rude and started rambling that I needed to leave. My kid started crying while I tried to talk to her and she just kept yelling telling me I wasn't welcome and that I needed to leave. Mind you, there is another employee who was trying to figure out what was going on while cutting someone else's hair. He immediately asked permission to talk to my child who was visibly crying, offered to help fix it, but the lady kept coming over telling me to leave. Mind you I was not interacting with her at all at this point as she is clearly having a rough day. My son and I went outside to try to allow space for the lady to chill out, but she came and locked the door, locking customers in, and out. Customers kept coming up and I would tell them they were open, but the lady had locked the door. I didn't say anything to them about the situation, because maybe Venus does fine with adults and let them make their own judgment. Each customer that came to the door was forced to knock, then make the other employee come unlock the door apologizing profusely to the customer. Then Venus would figure out it was open, open it enough to tell me I wasn't welcome and to leave, and proceed to lock the door. This happened 4 times. One customer ran into the door trying to leave. Another female left, shaking her head without getting her hair cut. And another guy came out asking me why I didn't warn him that she had gone crazy, and left without cutting his hair. Eventually the other employee came out and took my son in, warning me he was going to have to cut quite a bit off to fix it. I told him I wasn't going to go in because the other employee was clearly having a bad day and I wasn't trying to escalate anything. I told my son to just ignore her as well. Bottom line, his hair got fixed. But Venus took waaaaaaay too much effort going crazy over I have no clue what versus if she would have just fixed his hair. I truly feel bad for the other employee that was having to deal with her adult temper tantrum, but I also feel bad for her. If you suck at communicating with kids, or cutting their hair, just don't do it. I would have gladly waited another 5 minutes for the other employee to start the whole process than the hour and a half I was there hearing you go crazy.

The lady that cut my son’s hair was absolutely terrible. She did a terrible job and she had zero patience with him. This place is not for kids.

WARNING!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Edelma is the worst hairstylist!! She hacks away at your hair! I had to find another salon to fix it! (Even after I had paid her… and then had to pay again for another salon to fix it) I gave specific instructions: shoulder length, a few longer layers, and it needs to be able to fit in a ponytail for my work! She just started hacking away and literally had me in tears by the time I left! She needs to be let go, or never allowed to work on women’s hair. Unfortunately I have ended up with a hairstyle up to my ears and every time I look at myself I’m upset!
