Don’t recommend this location. Lady was so rude about having two pieces of hair tinsel (couldn’t even say or identify correctly, kept calling them stencils), as they are not extensions. Just needed a trim. Just had my daughter’s hair cut here no problem with the same amount of hair tinsel in her hair at this exact location…. Stated they had “expensive scissors” and can’t cut through them…

Guess you get what you pay for. Only 1 person working for roughly 30 minutes. Another comes in from break and takes another 20 minutes before she starts cutting. Waited an hr just for a trim and bangs. Which by the way bangs were not really fixed, kinda made worse. We will not be back.

Website said 19 min wait when I checked online. I was third in line when I walked in, and I am still waiting an hour later. The three people working clearly hate their job. This is ridiculous. Three people, one is in the back, one is cutting hair, and the other is just standing talking to her. Had I known this place was so horrible, I would have gone somewhere else.

Came here to get a haircut for 6 year old my son and I. Only to have the employees talk about some documentary about kids being molested in front of my son. needless to say not a conversation that should be happening in a professional setting let alone around children. Won't be coming here or to any other great clips branch again.

I checked in online and had a wait of 15 minutes. I arrived in the 15 minutes only to wait for another half hour. During that half hour, one employee went into the back room, another decided that spring cleaning was more important than respecting a clients time or meeting their appointment schedule. I sat there until the disrespect was too much. Their staff and their horrible work ethics will not be tolerated by me. There are plenty of other businesses that are out there. I have been going there for a few years now. Not anymore.

Was told by Monica to come after 6 to brain storm a cut for me. I showed up at 6 one girl was finishing a cut and there was no one else in the salon. The girl told Monica, who was in the back, I was there, but 15 minutes passed and nothing happened, Then a young boy can in his name was not on the monitor as a call ahead I was the only one listed and Monica came out of the back and called the boy to the chair. She did not say a word to me. I could not believe she did that. So I got up and walked out and never went back and neither did my husband we go to another Great Clips. Me and my husband have been having Monica cut our hair for months and I do not know what happened.

I just wanted to get a shave for my undercut cause it was getting too long. She had cut it and unfortunately I didn’t notice until after I left she didn’t shave it evenly. I was fine until later I went to another great clips closer to me and hair stylist inform me that part of the top of my long hair was accidental cut cause of the Decatur stylist. I was fine it was addressed and I’m just more upset how badly you can just mess up a simple shave. On top of that- trying to make conversation with the stylist I talked about my 2 year old brother and we have a large age gap. She berated my step mother for the decision. I was just so offended she was arguing with my excitement for my baby brother saying my step mother would regret him??? Watch out if you decide to get your hair cut here and lady is larger and has tattoos and glasses. She’s incredibly rude and can’t do a simple shave.
