Went in rite at seven and put in for two people saw that there was two people ahead of me, but when I called, she told me there was four, but there wasn’t feeling bad and not seeing the girl who usually cuts my hair the first chair to the right when you’re facing the back wall I told them it’s fine. Can you reduce it to one person because I was with my special friend That I owe a haircut too I wanted him to at least get a haircut. I could just come back on Saturday when my girls there I went next-door to get something else when I came back the small Asian lady to the far back right side was cutting my friends hair. She was telling me that my friend because he’s black was breaking her clippers. She proceeded to only cut his hair one length then said she was done. I asked her could you please line him up and she replied. I’m not a barber. She was very disrespectful and if anybody goes there, do not pick the little Asian lady to the far right side I will be posting a picture of what she did to my friends hair. She did nothing I could cut my friends hair with one size clipper like she did and it look like it hurt him. She literally cut his hair in 4 minutes He didn’t want to say anything afterwards he’s not very smart so he didn’t Think anything of it god bless his heart he just smiled, but I was super upset he’s special and how rude she was to him and me. Now today I gotta try and line him up I was ent telling her to use a razor blade I was just simply saying box his haircut up so it looks normal and she said no I’m not a barber smh I repeat do not go to the small Azn lady ask to pass on her if anything

Mai Anh is amazing. I had to come back to get a redo from another stylist. I have naturally wavy hair. Mai Anh was able to cut it dry without having to wet it. The previous stylist left my hair longer on the bottom and shorter on the top. Mai Anh was able to help me fix it. She also noticed that my face frame was uneven. She is very precise and thorough. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family.

Brought my grandson in for his 1st haircut. I'm happy to say it was a wonderful experience. We walked in without an appointment and did not have to wait very long. The haircut turned out beautifully and without drama for the child.

I've tried 3 times to call today to ask if they were typically busy at 8am opening and to book an appointment. Apparently they feel phone calls couldnt possibly be previous customers or something and use a type of automated screening method (new to me) after saying my name and pressing pound you wait a short time and got disconnected . To me, this is Pathetic ! Why must we live in a world when it's so hard to speak to a real human . This automated world is all but convenient to the people that matter. Myself , I feel insulted and that Great Clips doesn't value customers as I do with my business and helps me to see just how NOT to treat people! I do not patronize a business that treats customers with such disrespect or even worse to have someone answer the phone without saying anything but be slammed onto permahold until it times out, rings back , and resets another 10 min of permahold ! Or more! Especially if I just have a simple quick question . Honesty is Key particularly with some of the worst offenders ,Dr's, RX, etc. It's almost for sure not company practice to ignore a phone customer. It's a matter of training and poor mgmt. Understandably we all get busy but often 5 of these flashing lights on hold could be handled in less than 30 sec. . Comon , we need to speak up and tell who needs to know, these things are unacceptable and it may cost them our business ! Usually Owners , CEOs, top of the chain people do care and want the feed back and can handle a pissed off customer if presented in an appropriate manner. If not then tell them in your best voice how you really feel !!! At least you'll feel better for a min.

Great haircut. I got a lot of compliments after. The owner does a great job. He does take his time though, so don’t think you’ll be able to pop in real quick for a haircut. He also has a lot of interesting thoughts he enjoys sharing, so be ready for an enlightening and entertaining conversation.

For me it's a better place to get my haircut everytime. Best service and friendly staff. Starting from the Manager ,Joan and my barber Jean. Make you feel at home and treat you like FAMILY. I call that service with a smile.

Ordinary this is the best place for a 5-year-old boy to have a quick, easy and perfect haircut by a professional stylist who makes every visit feel like your home. Today, however, this stylist was not there. The person today was a complete idiot! She was told 3 times to please follow the preference card associated with our account because it always comes out perfect. She decided a 5-year-old knew better, listened to his desires and cut his hair so short that we now have to SHAVE HIS HEAD FOR KINDERGARTEN PHOTOS while I went to the restroom to wash my hands!!!!!!

Worst place I’ve ever taken my son to get a haircut. The fact that the lady could not even blend the sideburns to not have two different lines is ridiculous the worst 16 dollars ever spent ruin my sons promotion day for tomorrow… I’m literally in tears…

I have gone to Mai Ahn for over 10 years and she is the greatest. She really knows what she is doing in fact when I need to get a hair cut she is the only person I will let do it. Never concerned she will make it too short or mess up.

The only word to describe what was done to my hair the day before Easter is BUTCHERED. Didnt bother to wet it down, just started cutting until it looked absolutely awful, no clue how to properly do layers so its a chopped nightmare, faceframe? Ya, no, its choppy, no curve, looks like a child cut it. I will be using wigs and hairpieces for the forseeable future...plans are cancelled as im not leaving my home until they get here. Never again...you couldnt pay me to return, much less pay for this disgusting, horrible nightmare cut. I was literally shaking and in tears when i left...my stomach is still turning hours later. Never have i ever had a worse stylist, evidently a manager as of course her name wasnt on the comp receipt
