We usually visit the location by our house on Craig. But we were in the area & the online check in said it was only a 15 minute wait, so we popped in to this location. I’m SO glad we did!! My youngest needed a hair cut badly & Al definitely delivered! He’s a little quiet & shy, but Al got him out of his shell faster than most in just the first few minutes. We’ll be driving the extra mile for his cuts with Al from now on. Thanks again for a great experience & awesome new hair style!

I have been going years to great cuts and always was happy. Yesterday I went to the one by smiths sadly and there were 2 guys I'd never seen. I asked for 2 inches off and flip under. He made a mess. I got home and my daughter asked what the heck did he do it's all uneven. I was so depressed as have Christmas party next week. I gave him a 5 dollar tip too. I am going to the one on farm and durango at 9am and will ask if they can fix it. I will keep you posted. I will never go back to the one by smiths.

My hair was completely messed up by Deborah and the great clips manager would not issue me a refund. There was no way of fixing the damage that was done to my hair.

Online check-in was accurate almost to the minute. Clean shop and station. Got exactly what I asked for, with attention given to small details. Good price for the service.

When I go to a barbershop, I shouldn't have to tell the barber how to do a fade. The lady started my guideline and literally didn't know what to do after that. She asked me "what do I do next?". All I asked was for a mid-fade, leave the top. She got to the top of the fade and I had to guide her with how to perform a clipper over comb. I ended up with a really high fade. Like a jarhead look.. do not go here. Go to the one on deer springs by Albertsons.

I come here for cheap haircuts so I don't expect them to be amazing, and they usually aren't. (Some long hairs around my ears usually don't get cut etc.) But today Robert cut my hair and did a phenomenal job, easily the best I've had from great clips.

Employees should pay attention to who comes in first. Won’t be returning. I emailed, received a generic email that I would be contacted by someone and received ZERO follow up.

I appreciated both of the workers who worked on my hair today even tho the first worker didn’t know how to cut women’s hair I still appreciated him asking for help from the female coworker who was there as well and also passing me to her chair 😊 she did a great job and didn’t cut my hair too short !! It’s unfortunate I didn’t get their names but I will come back next time looking for her!

First time coming here, I just moved from California and needed to get a haircut before I start my new job. Very friendly and got a great haircut. Shoutout to Nicole for making it a great experience. Loved chatting with her while I got my haircut. Definitely will be getting my haircuts here from now on.

Kiara has excellent customer service and I like how she does my cut. She's open to suggestions and gives advice on products. She takes her time and so far there haven't been any problems with her work. Even being short staffed, she has an amazing attitude! Take care of hard workers folks! Thank you!

Absolutely HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. They butchered my dads hair to where it looked like he had bald spots and the whole cut was nowhere near what he asked for, the staff and managers were extremely rude and argumentative and offered no solution other than attempting to cut the hair again which they shaved him almost BALD. Go anywhere but here save your hair!!!! Not worth the $5 much less $20 for a senior. Would rate negative if possible. Horrible business practice.

Very very terrible experience. My hair was absolutely butchered and the staff argued with me and offered no solution. General manager was equally as unhelpful and continued to argue with me. Told me the haircut looks great. Looks like I have bald spots on the sides and was given a haircut looks fit for a 10 year old child. Did not get anything close to what I asked for and have to shave my head to solve this. SAVE YOUR MONEY better off doing it at home. Horrible!
