Added myself to the waiting list, came in, i was next and they took a walk in. I was not greeted at all and they totally ignored me, waste of my time as i drove 30 minutes to specifically go here. Definitely not recommended. Ps. I added the start but if i has the option i would of a minus 5.

These places often seemed to be in a rush to get you in and out as fast as they can. I was getting play haircut by someone else what I heard the stylist next to me yelling at her client

I had an unpleasant experience with Amy (spelling?) at the Charleston Las Vegas location. She was extremely rude to start and was upset that the “notes” didn’t match my preferred haircut. I explained to her what I wanted, scissor cut on sides, rounded neckline and nothing off the top. Needless to say, Amy proceeded with a clipper cut on the side and took 1.5” off the bangs on a few clips before I stopped her. Very disappointed, it will grow back but after years of coming here, I’m done.

I went in to get a haircut today, 11-17-2024 at approximately 4:15pm , the hairstylist Amy, who cut my hair had an attitude when walking in and sighed as my hair was long, I did not see barbicide on her station which is unhygienic , only a spay that she used on her clippers and proceeded to cut my hair, while she was cutting my hair i noticed that it hurt, and I kept flinching from the pain and I brought it to her attention that it was hurting and she proceeded to tell me that I'm the first person to complain all day and she had done a couple zeros (referring to A haircut with no guard), she continued to cut my hair with the same clippers throughout the entirety of the haircut, she was very un organized and kept knocking stuff over, after I was done I paid 25 dollars in cash and told her to keep the rest as her tip, when I got home I noticed that the areas that hurt while she wears cutting my hair kept itching and asked my older sister to take a look she gasped as she noticed how my upperneck and lower scalp were covered in cuts, I hurried back to the great clips and we asked to speak to a manger the lady said the manager wasn't in and she would be back tomorrow morning, we spoke with Amy and she said that after I brought it to her attention she switched the clippers which is false as she only had those, she stated that she uses barbicide but I didn't see it on her station, I am really concerned for my health and the health of others and as she can spread an infection from those clippers. And not having Barbicide on her station, and continued to use the same guards that were on her work station prior to me entering, I will not be returning to this location and will advise anyone who is considering going here NOT TO.

I just got a haircut here today and the lady was nice but she didnt add any layers to my hair i can no longer put it up in a bum or wear it down because it looks so ugly and straight and i didn’t want a straight cut i wanted layers like i always had.

Checked in online, showed up on time 2nd person just walked back without saying anything, waited for 25 minutes after that I just walked out. What a joke

2 weeks in a row I check in on time and rush to be on time but when I get to the store at 10300 W Charleston, another 45-60 minutes is added. The employees give me a rude attitude when I raise concern and ask how long the true wait will be

They give my son haircuts. The notes about the haircut help when they actually put them in. You might need to remind them. It depends on the person it may be a great or not so great. Overall my experience was good.

the people here DO NOT know how to cut hair. My hair looked like it had 2 different hairstyles and and one half of my hair was down to my mouth while I was almost bald on the other side. The people that work here might as well have been random drug addict homeless people off the street that the owner picked out. It would probably be better if they just asked the customers to cut each others hair cause it probably would have looked better anyways. A person in a wheelchair with down syndrome and autism can cut hair better than any of those people that work there.

I downloaded the Great Clips app on my phone and created an account for myself, then I "Checked In" via the app and it told me my wait was about an hour....which I didn't mind because it was around 5pm so I figured there might be a longer wait. When I got into the store I let them know my name and that I had checked in through the app. I sat down and only waited about 5 minutes when they called my to a chair. My hairdresser was Cindy and she is so fantastic! She gave me great tips on how to keep my hair and scalp from staying so dry and we chatted while she cut my hair. I'll definitely be going back here for my next haircut.

AVOID! Staff is unprofessional! Checked in online with a 40 min wait time and my son ended up waiting almost two hours and when the girl finally became available she stepped out to take a break! Will NEVER come back here.

I never post about my hairdresser but this one treated us bad. usually I just dont go back again. I used to cut my hair with Jane (Asian woman ) for several years and was good. as long as I dont say anything to tell her, before she cut my hair. most the time I would tell her, not too short LOL. if I say that she will respond to me " dont tell me what to do " she always respond not nice words. so anyway after I left Vegas for 3.5 years. I went back recently for short trip on Oct 2023 with my sister who's lives there and want to find better hairdresser then her's. I thought give one more shot with Jane. we had appointment with her and my sister told me to tell Jane only cut one inch short and layers on the back. guess what Jane told? she told me very rude , and says why I am telling her what to do LOL maybe she told whats the name of the style or never learn how much is an inch. in Asia we used Cm not inches maybe thats why. I said to her thats what costumer wants it, we have to tell the hair dresser, before they cut our hair. usually hair dresser will ask how short we want it anyway. and guess what? she cut her hair too short and straight cut on the back and no layers on the back. my sister blame on me, why you told me she's good lol well I didn't know she's not good now and never friendly to me. maybe getting old and grumpy too. we still gave her tip though. after reading the reviews people put bad comment on her, I guess she treated everybody rude too. never go back there ever. we spent uber for two trip for $40 to go to salon. this is Great clips at Center Points Las Vegas

I took my mom for a haircut on 1/17/24, Wednesday in the afternoon. It was the worst haircut in her life. Bad experienced. Debra was the name of the lady who cut her hair. I showed her some photos just to have a baseline and specified to her the hairstyle and the desired length but she went too far. The outcome, she made my mom look like a boy. I'm so pissed! Holly, who's the other hairstylist witnessed everything and tried to fix it but still, it's way too short. My mom cried when we got home. For the record, the 1st customer before mom also complained after Debra cut his hair and asked for help because he was not satisfied with how Debra cut his hair. I heard him saying, "HELP". Holly stepped in and fixed it but I could see on the customer's face that he was not happy same as what my mom and I felt after we left the place. My husband has been a regular customer for over 20 years and we refer your business to our friends and colleagues but this is the worst experience by far. Holly felt sorry for everything and even for the other customer. She knew what happened because she helped my mom and the other customer but again still she was very unsatisfied.

Took my son to get a haircut and it was the worst he ever got. Had to take him to another place to fix it. Your stylists should be honest and let the customer know they're not capable of a simple comb over. Didn't fade it and had multiple long patches.

horrible haircut, i asked this chinese lady to cut a quarter inch of my hair and she cut 2 then did my sudes horendously, they were exetremely patchy and had bo fade into the top
