Unbeatable price of 10.99. But I guess you get what you pay for. Haircut was way shorter than what I had asked for. Asked for face framing layers and layers in the back, also showed a picture. My stylist sound nervous, which got me nervous because I sense she was going to make a mistake and now I look like someone from the 70s with my hair styled. I got a short butterfly cut, with lots of layers in the front, not what I wanted or showed a phot of. I guess that hair can grow back.

Usually get adequate haircuts here, but today I had Gabriella, and she was just really rude and seemed to refuse to do her job. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she basically refused to look at it, or even acknowledge it. First she said, "I didn't see the picture." Then when I asked her why didn't she look, she said she did look at it. She made no sense. Then she asked me "how do you usually wear your hair." Then I said "like in the picture I showed you." I don't know, honestly a bad experience with unessesary drama.

Everyone is always friendly. They do as I request. Once finished I am always asked if it's OK. If I say" I'd like it shorter on the top-no problem, they wet my hair down and cut again. People that complain on line must not tell them what they want to begin with. Also if it's too short-tell them. They add notes in the computer and next time it will be done right. Also it's clean and that is very important.

I understand nothing may come from this review but I'm so frustrated that I just have to post it. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a haircut. The lady that was cutting my hair was really rude and not welcoming at all. At one point she left and came back after a minute or so but during that time I was thinking over what I wanted and I was concerned that she pulled all the hair on top to the back and was cutting it all from the back. I was worried she may be cutting too much from the top so I wanted to confirm she won't be doing that because I just wanted it to be cleaned up not be cut. But her response was "let me do my job honey". What? I wasn't telling her not to do her job or how to do her job but I just had a concern. I've never had anyone pull all the hair on the top back and start cutting. The haircut came out awful and nothing like I expected. I spent a long time growing out the top of my hair just for this lady to cut it without getting confirmarion from me. I provided a picture and she just did what she thought I needed based off that and didn't work with me at all. She was basically rushing at the end and clearly didn't want to do deal with me anymore and I was frustrated so I was afraid to speak with her about my concerns. Horrible person and horrible haircut. I understand my haircut wants are difficult to work with but I'm willing to work with the stylist if they're nice but this person was just immensely rude for no reason. I don't understand.

I came in for a haircut with my wife as we both had time one day. At first I was a little upset because there was a glitch in their system and it kept doubling up or check in which then sent us to another shop. Don't know why, but it is what it is. When it came time after the confusion the lady that cut my hair was awesome. She's was still very nice even after I was being kinda a jerk. I am currently going through a battle with the big C so I know I can be a little much and I apologized and admitted it was my fault. At first you could tell she was getting upset with me, but after getting in the chair she was nothing but professional and gave me an amazing haircut and started joking with me. I would definitely send my friends to get cleaned up and straight for the summer.

This place is great and awesome,staff is very humble and the environment is clean ,wait time is convenient on the app if you check in online other than that it's normal wait time you have to wait .so it's always best to check in on the app to beat the crowd .

It's always pretty quick here, especially if you do online check-in. I take my son's and daughters here, too. Several hair cuts and no complaints. Around 18 bucks plus tip. Usually coupons if you sign up for their rewards.

Went here today, around 2:20PM and the lady that was checking me was so rude and also just chewing on her gum smackingly, really rude and unprofessional. When I sat down, I told you her what I specifically wanted and usually they had a note for me. Then she was being super reactive and responding with confusion and extremely aggressive. She referred me to another hair stylist, but she made it uncomfortable to be inside and I left. She really made the vibe so much worse because of that situation. Note: She was dark skin and her name was apparently named Marsha… I really don’t know if that’s her name or not, but I’ve been coming here for a year and won’t be coming back ever again. I even tip them generously like $10-15. Also I wish I can give a 0 star

I don't usually review services, but just want to say that I had an excellent experience with Christina on 10/6/23. She did a beautiful job and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I don’t live here, but if I did, she would be my new “go to” person for haircuts! I tipped her 50% because she did such a great job. Highly recommend her. Thanks!
