Just horrible, looks like this older guy that cut my sons hair, didn’t have a clue of what he was doing, my son had to get up the chais and we just left to go to another place to try to get it fixed.😤

Had to had leave the hair salon without a hair cut because the person that attended me don't want to cut my hair I don't know why, unfortunately I don grab her name but it looks like philiphine girl, thats was on today Thursday December 19 around 9:30 am, so disappointed

My mom was in there a few days ago for a haircut and it is probably the worst cut she’s ever gotten. The sides are different lengths, it’s choppy and there’s no style to it and no symmetry to the cut. The hairdresser told my mom that she didn’t listen to her training while in school, she just did what felt right and it clearly shows. My mom said she was a lovely girl, but lovely doesn’t necessarily mean good hairdresser.

I recently visited Great Clips this August with my sister, and we were both incredibly impressed with the service. Ashley and Chrissy were our stylists, and they did an amazing job! We were walk-in customers and were seated right away. They both took the time to listen carefully to what we wanted and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. Our hair turned out even better than how we hoped, and we couldn’t be happier. The whole visit was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be back. Horrible my sister got her hair done and she didn't do the layer correctly plus they cut alot our stylist was an old lady with brown hair and she tried charging us 63 dollars for a 16 dollar cute

Days after the 2023 X’mas day, I booked an appointment with this shop the first time. Noticed my barber had attitude, and lack of professionalism. Definitely not going back there.

Don’t lose your time. I made an appointment to a regular hair cut and was ready to receive the service on time. But it past 10 minutes then 20, 30 and nothing. They do not respect the turn with the appointment because they receive people without appointment and seat them in front of you.

Good haircut but I don't know why this one location I went to is more then the other locations so fyi this location changes more then the other 2 location I go to will going back to my regular locations from now on the price should all be the same but there not .

The fact that requesting a stylist isn’t an option anymore is ridiculous. I’ve only trusted 1 person to cut my hair here and no one else because they don’t do it as good. I’m not one to complain, but THIS will make you lose business.

This is the first hair salon I’ve ever seen that doesn’t want your business. I’ve been seeing Myra for few months now and she tells me she won’t take requests because she’ll be there all night so now I just have to take whoever. I’ve had the other stylists and I wasn’t happy with them which is why I requested Myra in the first place. I am just flabbergasted that a hair salon wouldn’t honor requests I’ve never seen this in my life.

Very nice service today !My son was very happy with his new style!!!Thank you to your artist with multicolored hair she was very nice with all the costumer. It was a lady (maybe the manager) removing and posting new hs on the glass entrance door started using like windex spray next to me( I was sitting there ) without consideration spraying that strong smelling glass cleaner almost on my face!! She never say excuse me I need to do this do you mind to move to the side?.No manners Mrs manager! I ended with throat irritation!How rude!
