Cheyenne cuts your hair as you ask. She is careful in giving a great cut. She is careful and listens to give you what you ask. She is my go to stylist! The staff overall is attentive and professional.

I made an appointment for my daughter and for myself to get a trim today. The lady who walked us back was the third one on the right. Black hair and Asian. She was all over the place. She didn't even get to put scissors to my daughter's hair because she was creating such a mess in her hair with hair brushes and combs. After a few minutes of watching her play in my kid's hair I finally stopped her and said never mind we'll do this another time and I mentioned that she's creating knots in my daughter's hair and we left. Please see the picture I took right when we walked out front. The lady also asked me if I wanted her to cut my daughter's hair with the ponytail still in it. Absolutely not. Come on man!!!

Went to visit great clips & chopped my hair off, I was very nervous, but Amy was great, cut a cute bob! She had helpful recommendations and was super sweet & easy going. Happy with my haircut & will be back to see her. Thanks girl!

Horrible horrible terrible. I took my daughter into this location to get a trim, the stylist part her hair down the middle and comb it down and she kept the length and it looked nice and healthy. I noticed she started to part it again the started to cut more like into layers. I yelled from the front of the salon that she just need a trim just the ends, she nodded to me re assuring that’s what she was doing I said ok. I noticed my daughter kept stopping her then she hands her the mirror and my daughter started crying. I looked at my daughter hair and I stated this looks like an un healthy bob this was not what I wanted. The stylist had nothing to say. I paid the 18 and left. I’ve been going to great clips for years all locations here in Las Vegas and I’ve never had a problem usually it wouldn’t matter who would do the trimming because they always do a great job but today was NOT the usual experience now I have to take her somewhere else to get a big chop done just so her hair can be blended properly.

So, I was told by the hair stylist just now, they don’t do military offer anymore? I asked why and if it’s national wide, she said she doesn’t know 🤷‍♂️ that’s sad but I’ll still visit.

Last time I got a haircut here my haircut was sideways and wasn't right. On top of that the guy who cut my hair was training someone how to cut hair. What is this u guys lowered ur standards and just hire anyone with no experience!!! Won't be back ever again. Sad because this used to be where I got my hair cut

The second visit to Great Clips and it was as good as the first visit. Jill was awesome and very personable. She listened to the type of cut my spouse wanted and made some great suggestions on hair care products. The haircut came out great, and Jill did not disappoint. The wait time was two minutes and the price was great. 👍😁

I had a perfectly pleasant experience. I went to drop off a package and on a whim went by to see if they walk-ins. They did, it was quiet and they saw me within like 3 minutes. I got my haircut by Tiffany and she was very attentive with my needs and wants and within 30 mins I got an $18 haircut (plus tip) and went home with no issues at all. It's all I'm looking for in a hair salon <3

Always a good haircut. Keep an eye out for Great Clips coupons on Facebook or mailers and bring that price back down where it used to be!

Everyone there acks like someone died and they dont want to be the there. So sad. I tip 8 bucks every time causr i get my hair washed. They hate that. You can tell from some of them because how your treated. Finding another place to go too. Lots of bad energy there.

No consistency between haircuts. Some will trim eyebrows and ears others don’t even ask. Hence the difference in a top left. Been in a chair less time than it took to put the apron over me

I don’t know why I keep goin, only a few barbers care about your hair. More than half of them don’t even cut how you ask, for a simple fade they just shave it off with no effort. Just ask Olga she cares about her clients. I still give them a high tip when my cut is bad, then if that same person cuts my hair they still cut it bad. I don’t know if they know how or doing it on purpose? Rude as hell to do it twice when I tip. This location should be shut down. PEOPLE AVOID THIS PLACE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I get a reasonably decent cut at a reasonable price. Not a great cut by any means, but it's shorter and not awful, and I can simply drop in whenever I think of it.

I literally go in a few times a year for a trim. It's always a good experience, Deanna is very welcoming fast and efficient at what she does. I always leave happy.

Olga washed and cut my hair at the Craig Market Place Salon, Las Vegas. She has always done a fantastic job on my hair for several years. When I leave there, I feel like a new woman! The other beauticians there all seem pleasant and friendly. The whole atmosphere is happy and relaxing to me.
