I wish I could give it 0 stars! I got a bad skin rash on my scalp after getting a haircut here. Make sure your stylist cleans the combs and scissors before getting a haircut if you want to risk going here!!!

The stylists at this location are not sanitizing their equipment after cutting hair. They’re just trying to push as many people in and out as quickly as possible. I didn’t see any use of barbicide on the combs, scissors or clippers after multiple clients. Be aware!

made an appt — with no wait and got in within about 2 mins checking in so super fast, ana cut my bangs and she did a great job and recommended where it was better to cut and made it even cuter, was super jokey with me the entire time would love to come back and see her

I highly recommend Peyton! She is very caring, careful, patient, precise and experienced most of all! Does fades extremely well and also possesses amazing skills with the scissors! Has a great eye for texturing and even better touch for styling. She is immensely nice, friendly, polite and very humble! I promise you, give her a chance and you won’t regret the recommendation! Thank you Payton! Amazing service and a haircut! See you in a couple of weeks! The salon too is very clean with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff!

We set an appointment here and they were awesome! Sunny and Peyton cut our hair and they both did excellent work. My partner has a few important details to his hair and most hairstylists ignore these things that he communicates— but Sunny respected these details and it looks great! I was with Peyton and she was fun to talk to! She also explained a way I could add layers to enhance the personality of the cut I have. It looks better with her suggestion in place! Thank you both

I would like a refund for the haircut I received however, I really don’t like what I paid for. The hairstylist Amy B. Did my hair and I specifically called and ask for Peyton and Amy said she was there until 8pm. Did an online check in and asked for Peyton and Amy said right here. I thought she was just sitting me down and going to call Peyton, however she ended up doing my hair. Stylist Amy is by far the worst ever stylist person that I’ve ever encountered period. She is downright rude, did not carry on a conversation, I felt as if I was just another transaction. Asked to trim my eyebrow and she nearly almost took it right off! She rushed through the haircut, didn’t care about the quality and especially how I wanted my haircut. When I asked for her to do something, her response and body language was as if I was an interruption to her taking the next guest, making me feel very uncomfortable. As I went to pay for my haircut, I even tipped $7 with no thank you and no we will see you next time or see you back soon no nothing. I am appalled by this treatment. I am hoping the owner of this franchise does the right thing and refund my money that I spent and seriously address this experience with Amy because as far as I’m concerned she is not the ideal candidate to be working in this field if she doesn’t like her job or dealing with the public. My word of mouth will extend far beyond this email. However, I will give the owner of this salon the courtesy to address the issue and refund my money.

I have been getting my hair cut by Elaine for over a decade. Even though I now live all the way in Henderson, I still make the drive every 2 weeks to have her cut my hair. Always satisfied with the results.

Never go here! MJ gave me 2 huge bald spots and she never mentioned it to me. I didn’t find out until 2 days later when my GF mentioned it to me.
