My wife took our children for a haircut and sat and waited until a chair opened up. Once my son was in the chair, we were informed the card reader was down and we would have to get cash out. My 3 year old, being curious reached for a spray bottle and was snapped at by the stylist very rudely. We decided to leave based on the miserable staff you employ and your inability to run a business and communicate your technological shortcomings. We went somewhere else where the staff was very nice and we will never enter a Great Clips again.

Sun Lee at Mountains Edge Las Vegas is a true professional. Sun Lee is proficient, efficient, organized and thorough. Best haircut I’ve gotten out of Mountains Edge or Blue Diamond. Whatever you’re paying her it’s not enough. She should be managing the salon.

Erin was amazing. She radiates such kind and sweet energy and I’m grateful I walked in just in time to get a haircut, shampoo, and style with her. I think the photo tells all about how amazing my haircut looks and feels.

I check in online and twice I’ve gotten there and people lower on the list. We’re taking ahead of me. It’s a particular hairdresser that continues to skip over me to pick somebody else. What’s the point of checking in? I have to wait for people that check in after me. Such discrimination Will not be returning

The lady who did my hair has 20+ yrs of hair cutting experience and did my hair so perfectly. She has been working for Great Clips for 6 to 8 months she mentioned it to me but she is absolutely amazing. I do not know her name but she is a nice Asian lady who has three kids and has excellent knowledge on hair and more. Would definitely recommend her!

Really cool staff and i just got a buzz cut and they gave it to me for free. I still tipped but great place for easy hair cuts.

My 3 yr old said he wanted a haircut today so we popped into Great clips on a whim. Sharon was awesome and quick! I appreciate that she was able to replicate a haircut he got in the past based off of a picture. She topped our visit off with a balloon on the way out. As for the pricing, you can’t beat it! We’ll be coming back.

Had my sons hair cut. It looked great at trimmed and spiked. Once he showered we saw a different cut. Very uneven fade and the top was uneven too. It has since been fixed somewhere else.

Made an app for me and my gf when we got there the lady didn't listen to my at all and cut my hair so horribly there were still parts left undone and she threw my head around like a rag doll. My slow self actually let this lady touch my gfs hair and almost 3 inches later and an uneven hair cut (with the same hair pulling I got) we had to leave and immediately go to another location to get what was left on the top of our heads fixed by another location. (That location on cactus was AMAZING)

Walked in because I have been to another location. There are 2 stylists and the manager. 1 asian stylist just started a haircut as I checked in with the manager, and the other is finished with her client. She is sweeping & complaining about her last client as I sit and watch her sweep slowly. She then starts to complain about how busy it is ealry and eventually, the manager has her change subjects. Her client was examining his haircut while she was sitting, with a mope on her face, when I walked in. The customer said, Thank you and sounded very grateful. So Still sitting there for at least 7 minutes, the manager is done and walks to the back, followed by the stylist. She was slow sweeping and pausing till the manager was close to done, and she managed to gain energy to complete her sweep. After emptying her dust pan, she disappears. So now Im sitting there waiting.... I hear her faintly. still sitting. Complaining fainty andbI am still sitting. So give it another few minutes but realize this person is just going to find something about me to complain about! Horriible and toxic atmosphere! Clearly, the 20 ish year old manager can't figure out what is a priority for a service business. I will definitely never go here again as customers are not a priority and the brunt of the workers trama at work. I will help this company avoid any unnecessary harships and grief for the employees of Great Clips by NEVER putting them in such a dire situation where they need to complain about a customer, by NEVER being one again.

You almost cannot go wrong us8ng great clips!!! Always happy with them, they keep your stats on file, yay!!!
