I have been going to this location off and on for the past 7 years. For the most part, it's been a good experience. Georgina does a fantastic job. Shannon, who left a few years back, was the best.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I arrived at about 6pm, which is 2 hours before they close. This woman who wears glasses and curly hair had an attitude, and she said there was an 85 minute wait, I said it was fine and asked if I had to be at the store and thought since they got my phone number that I was going to get updates so my little brother could get a haircut. When I arrive at the store at about 7:30 this rude guy who was also cutting hair and had earrings said rudely "we're closed" without even giving me an explanation. I was genuinely trying to understand, and he would not talk to me and continued to ignore me. I will no longer return to this establishment, first and last time. Such a shame because it's at the corner of my house. I hope the owner takes this into consideration and find better staff. Specially because i was respectful with them at all times.

We are here in the lobby with 5 people outside the store front cooking crack, high as a kite. The workers in the store won't do anything about it. What is this turning into?

I just had my hair cut with Georgina and the hair cut it horrible. It's so short, I never asked it to be cut so much, and uneven. The left ear had a big hole right above it where there's no hair. I can't believe anybody who cuts hair so much can make such mistakes. I don't think I'll be back. It's just a good thing it grows back.

I came in. Man saw me when I walked in. His face acts like sigh. His walk s lazy he doesn't want to check on ipad. I figured out. Ah!!!! He FLIRTS to young high school boy. He looks happy and chat with him. That's why he was not happy when I came in. So he needs be fired. He is prevert! Gross. I WALKED OUT!!!!!!!!!! I went to different place. It was better than this place 89103. Stay away that 89103 place. Go to different place!

Every great clips I've ever been to will blow dry your hair a little bit after shampoo. The womanhere was adamant if she used a blow dryer it would cost 35 dollars. My hair isn't long either

I asked barber to cut my bangs to come underneath my eyes and he double checked where i want it to be but he still cut it to be right on my eyebrows. It is so choppy and he also cut my side hair like bangs it looks ridiculous i can’t believe i got charged 6$ for this. The guy looked like mid 50 and wears glasses. If you don’t even know how to cut a bang that’s so simple look for other job and stop ruining people’s hair

I am very unsatisfied and so is my son GEORGINA didn't follow our instructions and what was on the notes of previous haircuts of 10yrs. She left my child bald. Gave her suggestions of this is better. Lady NO its not what u want is what I request. This was a special senior portrait haircut and NOW it's ruined!!! Do not go with GEORGINA!!!
