I signed in for me and a guest. When we got there no one there seemed to know that. Or how to correct it. Then I had to remind them that I too wanted a hair cut…I wish I wouldn’t had. The lady ( didn’t catch her name but her looked like she had just gotten out of bed) asked what I wanted. I said a bob. Showed her a picture(apparently she didn’t look at) a bob is bob.. NOT what I got about 2 inches too short. I have never gotten upset about a hair cut. I will never go back to this place!

I went in 1st time. Showed a pic of what i wanted i wanted my hair from shoulder length to chin length all around. And now I hardly have any hair. My hair is at my ears in the side now and hardly any in the back. She was young new to this i guess. I didn't want to hurt her feeling but I came home and cried. I've never cried over my hair this is the 1st time. Never again below is what i got vs what i wanted.

If I could give zero I would..I went in 5 months ago and Katelyn gave me the best pixie cut I showed her what I wanted and she done awesome!!! Now I went in today but Katelyn wasn't there yet and I couldn't wait til 1230 anyway I left in tears the girl butchered me and nothing like I showed her she tells me my texture is different from the picture and then tells me I should have taken a picture what Katelyn done ..ha she couldn't even go from the picture I showed her I am still crying she parted me hair in the middle.. never again I will cut my own hair..then another girl said to come back for a do over !! A DO OVER THERE IS NO DO OVER SHE BUTCHERED ME 😭😭😭😭😭 I don't know how to post a picture what she done!! She butchered my hair and tells me to have a nice day 😭😭 why did she part my hair down the middle 😭😭 and I told her not to shave the sides or back and what does she do she grabs the electric clippers I said to her no shaving she said she needs to clean up my neck what she can't use the scissors !! Then cop an attitude with me

This is the $22 dollar haircut I paid for for my son. Whoever we got really needs training. This is a hack job that shouldn’t even be charged for. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it and make her feel badly but honestly, I won’t go back to this location. Taking him elsewhere. Emailed the owner (who responded to this review with their email saying they would be happy to help me) and I just got a response that they get lots of reviews and to share my experience that I already shared here via email. Not a sorry nothing. They don’t care. Why tell me to email you?

it looks like they dont care any more about the customer satisfaction all 3 of my kids got a hair cut today and is not we expected like we normally get hopefully they can get better, we been going there for at least 8 years or so, i feel so disappointed right now

I went to great clips today and took my son who has gone numerous times and told the stylist to do what he normally does (it’s on his file) the only thing my son changed was no hard part. When I looked up I realized my sons hair was basically shaved, and I could tell from afar it didn’t look right & when I said something about it she said he wanted a slow fade; by that time it was already bald on the bottom half on his head. He gets “faded” frequently and never has a bald head. He looked like he was about to cry. When he was done, he looked at me and said can we please go, after getting in the car, because he wanted to go, his hair looked absolutely terrible; not faded at all; completely sloppy, strays of little hairs on his bald head, long like on the top. It looked absolutely awful & id be embarrassed to let my client walk out the way she did my child. In my opinion it seemed like she was rushing because a lot of people were waiting. I wish I would have seen what I saw when I got in the car inside; but like I said my son was horrified. We have been a regular customer for YEARS. & I will NEVER go back. I rushed him to southern gentleman’s barbershop and pleaded with them to fix the damage, to the best they could especially since it was my sons birthday tomorrow as well as picture day. And they showed out, completely astonished by what happened today. Beware!

I will not ever get my haircut here again. My last experience was horrible. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. My nephew wanted to go here. So I brought him.

I just wanted to say I am beyond devastated about my experience at great clips with chevone newton, I had been growing my hair for years and had 15inch of my hair ruined.. I asked her 4x before she cut my hair cut it to tie my hair with a rubber band to secure it , I explained how important it was that I saved my hair in that manner she decided to grab my hair saying she would hold it tight and began to cut it. She dropped all my hair behind my back and said oops I'm sorry! She then proceeded to tell me she could take it in the back and brush it out then told me they didn't even have rubber bands which was a lie. I now know her intentions was to take my hair I guess she thought if it was all balled up I wouldn't want it. Just beware that human hair gets saved and soldfor extensions and for making wigs what she did was not an accident it was very intentional.

Was nervous about getting my hair cut since it's long. Jasmine did a good job. It could have used more layers, but I'll wait until I get back home to my regular beautician.

Got a nice hair cut but chances are the stylist won't be there the next time it needs cutting. Not sure why they have so much employee turnover but it's frustrating for me the consumer. The hair cut is now $18 at the White Knoll location if you need to know.
