Checking in with the app worked well. Amazing experience with an excellent outcome. The stylist was very thorough and precise. Ask for Kathy as your stylist, on your next cut and you will not be disappointed. I will return for other haircuts in the future.

I have been using this Great Clips for several years and had decent service. Today I signed in online with 40-50minute wait I had just enough time to get it done so I got ready and walked in with 8min remaining. They checked me in after another person who didn’t sign in online. Then took someone a couple behind me since they walked through the door first. The next person took the person directly ahead of me but walked in after, next the person who signed in when they arrived. That’s when I walked out my time was up. They said why? You’re next but I’d been next most of the time I’d been in there 40ish minutes. To the owner if you want to fix this require a standard order either online or when you walk through the door and stick with it. The problem was one stylist was choosing by who came through the door first the other went by first on the list. The person in front of me forgot and was late so they showed up after I was skipped for the person who was below me on the list but walked in first then that 1st name showed up so they took him next. Then I was first on the list but the lady who signed in when I walked in got chosen. Not consistent at all. This was Hendrix Crossing location.

Was not happy with the service. I cannot believe I even let her start on my hair when her tools had hair in them and I was hoping she wouldn’t use the brush that had the hair in it and then she did … the counter tops were not clean when I went to go sit in her station… I understand some of the employ’s may be students learning but if you do not feel comfortable doing something just ask another employ to do it for you so you won’t screw it up… I am not pleased. Sweet girl, but I can tell she was getting frustrated due to not knowing how to do reverse layers… hope it looks fine when I straighten it. She did ask if I was okay with the cut, and I just couldn’t tell her the truth, I was afraid she would make it worse. Didn’t want to leave her a tip, but I did … worst hair cut ever…

Absolutely horrible customer service. After checking my son in I walked to the counter to add my daughters name to the list. A stylist looked at me twice and ignored me. When another customer walked in and stood behind me. Another stylist walked over, checked the person in that was standing behind me, and walked away. I was totally ignored. When I told them to take my son’s name off the list and for the reason it didn’t seem to bother them. Great Clips will never get my business again!

The only Great Clips in Lexington without the horrible wait! Very nice staff too. Brought in my 8 year old who was in dire need of a haircut, and didn't and couldn't wait the two hours for the North Lake Drive location. It's always that bad of a wait. This location has less than a ten minute wait. Son wanted something new, longer hair on top. The young lady that cut his hair was prompt on his request and it came out great!

Went for a kids cut on my toddler and they were awesome. In the chair within 10 minutes since we used the online check-in. The guy there was so sweet to help my 2 year old not be scared of the clippers and danced around his wiggles like a champ. Great spot for a family cut!

I went to get a fade and the girl butchered my hair,she shaved it all the way off the is no fade at all,I was just a number to her,and was done in 5 minutes,I will be never coming back here agin.i love my hair and she shaved it all off...I'm so devastated
