No one checked me in on entry when they said they did so 3 people in line behind me had their hair cut before me. Used the hair dryer on the hottest setting on the back of my neck which was quite uncomfortable. Also didn’t blow or brush any hair off my face so I had to go around the rest of the day covered in hair. Haircut was good but not great service at all

They mess up your hair everytime I went today and I asked for a little off of the top and she took like 3 inches off the top DO NOT COME TO GREAT CLIPS for your own sake go at your own risk

I get my hair wash and shampooed at great clips and theres this one guy don't know his name but he has gray hair andoomsike the guy from say yes to the dress kinda he is tbe best no one else dose it so good as him give that guy a raise

The man who cut my hair was rude and had an attitude. I told him to cut my hair dry he said his scissors only cut wet hair. I have had my hair cut dry for years and no problem. I told him to just cut a nip on top but he cut it too short. He did not even ask if I want that sticky stuff (mousse) on my hair but it was too late to stop him.

I’ve come here for years and have liked many stylists; however, SUZY has won my heart. There’s just no others like her! I get the perfect haircut each time and she’s always approachable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It took me forever to find a stylist like her so I hope she never leaves or I’ll be very very heartbroken. Keep up the great clipping Suzy! You were definitely destined to be a leading cosmetologist in the industry.

I just like to say about Susie at great clips. She went way beyond her call of duty to help me they close at seven and I reached there at seven 7 o’clock and she accommodated me and give me a good haircut was nice friendly and did not rush so I really appreciate it.

The Great Clips salon that I go to in Lexington, SC is FANTASTIC! I love the sign in ahead feature. My stylists are always friendly, polite, and they do a great job.

When I walked in the app said I had 0 minutes to wait and that I was 2nd in line. Then they took 3 people ahead of me after I walked in, and I was still 2nd in line. They had skipped right over me. I was in a hurry and had enough time to get a haircut if they would've taken me when I walked in, but I didn't have enough time to wait. Very unhappy

Had not been here in a while. Convenient hours and speedy service. I was able to fit in my cut during a busy day. My usual place cancelled on me that morning leaving me with no plans and a shaggy mop. Walked past Great Clips they were open,ready and friendly to serve

Lady with curly hair and men were extremely racist and rude towards to other customer because they tipped to other hair stylists who treat their one kid better then other kids been treated rudely and I could see his hair were treated poorly which clearly explains not tipping another one

Went to get haircut for kids. They did horrible job and decided to keep the change and had the odyssey to announce to everyone I’m not tipping. If you had maybe focused on your job and not keeping my change you might of gotten an actual tip. I don’t remember her name but she had curly hair.

I've had some pretty nasty experiences there. Kept switching stylists. Totally needs a complete "makeover". Looking for a decent, real salon with standards that deserves business. Oh please, don't apologize - again......

Set up an appointment on the app. It said we were 7th in line when we arrived. Taken back right away, since the 6 ahead hadn't arrived. Definitely recommend online check in. Very happy with the hubby's quick in and out for a quick inexpensive buzz cut.
