Heather is great! She has cut my kids hair on a previous visit and they just loved her. She cut mine today. I went from mid back to the cutest bob. I brought in pictures because I wasn't sure what would look good on me and fit my hair type. She took off about 6 or 7 inches and I feel fabulous. Thanks, Heather!!!

Nell was awesome, she saw the mistakes that were done at the Tiverton location and she fixed it with no issues. She didn't charge me and I honestly wasn't expecting that, she saw what a mess my hair was. She is awesome and I will definitely come here for now on.

Went in at 530 with my 7 year old granddaughter and they stare at each otherasking if they knew how to braid. Ridiculous that they couldn't accommodate us. Didn't they go to beauty school like every other salon?!?!!! Never going back here. Plus they refused to wash her hair.

Deedee was very friendly when I walked in but then butchered my hair!!! She cut so much off without any knowledge of what she was doing!!! My hair looked so awful! I immediately left and went to another salon to have it fixed - as best they could. I had long hair with long layers and she chopped so much off that it was very difficult for the other place to fix and reshape some of my hair!😭😭😭😭😫😫😫😫

I just received the best cut ever! If you go to Pimlico ask for Heather, the manager of the shop. She even styled my hair because nobody was in line behind me! Thank you, Heather! And so nice that your shop is so close to home! I'll be back.

Khristen is the only reason I still get my haircut at great clips. Great clips is usually a budget cut but Khristen is amazing!

Worse haircut ever.I showed her a picture and asked whether she can cut exactly like that.She said yes but she cut 0" above my ears also.I didn't like it and I will never go back again in this location.

I came in today with my mother and sister and while getting there hair done the lady saw I had my hair cut and saw it was uneven and she offered to fix it all up from me for free since I had a bed experience at a different place! They are the best thank you all so much for what you all do for me !

I did not have a good experience at this location! I specifically asked for the girl not to focus as much on cutting my length off but to do more of a layers look. I told the girl I like my hair long and she kept saying and I quote, “ you NEED to cut this off” after I specifically told her I didn’t want to. After that she showed me what looked about and inch maybe a tiny more and said I needed to at least do that. So towards the end it had looked like she cut what looked like 3-4 inches off instead and had left me with layers that were too short and could pass as bangs instead. Definitely will not be going back.

I was very pleased with my experience. The lady, Shay, who cut my hair did a great job. She was friendly, but most of all knowledgeable about how to cut multiracial hair. Will be back to see her for sure.

My fiancé just called me in tears because she asked to have 2-3" of her hair cut off and double that length was actually removed! She has had this happen 2 times over the last 3 years and gets ok haircuts the other times. However, messing this up is unacceptable, she has straight long hair. This is just about the simplest cut imaginable. She has problems with confronting people so I am writing this for her.
