Was long overdue for a haircut. Spent $50+ on my last haircut from a “reputable salon”. It was absolute garbage. Uneven, wouldn’t style right, couldn’t even hold the part I’ve had for 40+ years. I was irritated and gun shy. But it’s the holidays and something had to be done. Walked in an hour before closing and had the wonderful luck of meeting Cherie (sp?). She was delightful. Professional. Personal. And so much more capable than the last cut I had gotten. All at a quarter of the price. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks you!

Someone needs to fire the lady named Chandra ASAP. She was extremely rude and when I told her how I wanted my haircut she said “Well that’s not that the note says” she became extremely agitated when I wanted a different haircut from the notes. All the ladies there have bad attitude and I won’t be returning. The location address is on 171 W Lowry lane. Do not go to this location.

I've had two bad hair cuts in 45 years. They both came from this location. Today's hack job is embarrassing for me and the person who did the job. I will have to shave my head tonight to make it less noticeable. There goes my $20.

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all as the customer service and hair cut experience were both awful. I went in a couple weeks ago for a trim the and the stylist shaved a bald spot on my head and didn’t tell me. I only noticed after someone pointed it out which was infuriating to say the least. I called about a refund and received a tentative yes but when I went in not only did I not receive a refund but the stylist also denied making said spot. I was astounded that a hair cut place would gaslight me????? I called the customer service line and was promised a call from the owner but I’ve received no such call or anything for that matter. I’m making this review as a warning to anyone wanting a quick haircut because not only will they mess up your hair but they will also deny it ever happened. I’ll take this review down if some effort is made to remedy the situation but as it is now I’m done with this garbage place.

Good cut on top and sides but too short in back. Thank God, it will grow. Cutter was nice, just not into bazaar colored hair. God didn't make that color of hair.

Me and my husband stopped in to get his hair cut before a job interview he has tomorrow to get his hair trimmed. I will say this was the worse experience we've had. He told the lady what he wanted and she didn't pay attention AT ALL. He was in the chair a total of 3 mins. The cut wasn't done she missed patches didn't hit his neck at all line him up nothing. Definitely won't be back.

Wish I could give them 0 star. I had a very great experience with old staff here and I always recommended this place to my friends. I have been in this place for last 3 weeks. However it seems that people’s time is not important for this current staff at this location.

Did the online check in which consistently gave changing times (from 0 minutes when I first checked in, to 48 minutes when I walked in) and the stylist flat said (even though I was checked in) that she was booked up for the day. I've tried for three days to get into this great clips and will not be returning, it should not take three days to try (and fail) to get a hair cut.

I will never go back to this location. The staff is extremely rude to clients. They do not listen to a clients needs and speak to them condescending. Very unprofessional talking about the clients while in their chair. Very uninviting and not friendly at all.

Not happy , I tried online checking it was showing me 0 min, so I walked in , manager (Sandy) said you have to book online, and closing at 7 , still have 1 hour 10 min. I came back and booked online and went after 25 min, they way she treat after is not good. We are paying money , not getting free service , please maintain good customer care and treat well.
