Make sure you don't take more than 60 secs to have your Google pay ready to pay bc they will take someone in front of you if you do even if you let them know you're on your lunch break! Great clips sucks.. I should have known to go on to Supercuts.. that's where I'm going now. Never again.

The staff there seemed mentally unwell. I went in twice and both times they were running around screaming like crazy people. If you can't deal with people there are always warehouses that are hiring. I don't know why people like that insist on working jobs where they deal with the public.

I always have a good experience at this location. I check-in online and most times I can just walk in, get taken care of to my liking, and be out the door in less than 20 minutes.

I just had one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Not just the superb cut, but also the great personality of the stylist made it a truly enjoyable experience. If you get a chance to have your hair done by Becky, you won’t regret it!

Worse experience I have ever experienced in 35 years! I asked her to take off more hair off the top and she was very rude and disrespectful! When we was done it didn’t even look like the top of my hair was cut- I got up and she throw the apron on the ground! Now I’m going somewhere else to fix my hair- Never go to E High Street

Absolutely the worst service. So rude. They told me cash only when I walked in. I counted to see how much cash I had . While I was debating if I had enough to leave a nice tip they asked if I had enough for a cut. I said I think so and they said “what do you mean you think?you just counted your money.” They were so rude. I walked out and I will never return

Ego - 100 Customer Satisfaction - 0 The name should be WORST CLIPS, she cut my hair so mercilessly that it left patches on my head. I would give a 0. Went there twice to see if they can do something better. They are the worst, they will never listen to what you want. I don't know how they even got their barbering license. Never recommended. Go to a local barber who will listen to you. I had to get a re-haircut on the same day

I brought in my 18-month-old son for his first haircut and and we couldn't have had a better experience! The employees at Great Clips were so kind and patient with him. I wasn't sure if they even cut hair for kids this young, but they said it would be no problem. Our stylist was amazing. She and another stylist kept my son entertained with a sucker and a stuffed animal the whole time. She also made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with the haircut. In the end, my son got a great haircut and was perfectly content during the entire experience. I'm so grateful to the employees at Great Clips for making his first haircut experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend Great Clips to any parent looking for a kid-friendly haircut salon.

I needed to trim my hair and my daughter's. We got two different women. They did awful 😖 job. I thought they will wet hair to make sure it's straight and cut it straight line but they didn't. My daughter's hair was braided and it was wavy they just trimmed as it was. Very disappointed. On top of that they changed me for hair cut. Trim was 5 minutes haircut usually 30+ same price? No I won't recommend great clip to nobody who care about their haircut.

I really don't see how this place still has 4 stars. I guess all the 5 star reviews from 1 year+ ago (presumably when the business still had competent staff) are still enough to counteract the numerous recent guests rightfully barraging the place with 1 star. I came here for a consultation. A CONSULTATION to see if they could do something for my hair, a yes or no. They told me no and then still insisted I follow them back into the chair to try. After 20 minutes of trying the girl doing it said "sorry I can't get this, have a good day" and I started to walk out. There was no discussion before we started that there was going to be a charge, and there was no discussion as she let me walk away. But the bouncer at the front (whoever takes the calls, seems like the manager) followed my boyfriend and I out and yelled "she just worked for an hour, you NEED to come back here and pay". Yes, after there being no discussion or mention about there being a charge AT ALL, we were literally strong-armed into coming back in and paying for a shampoo (which is funny considering I read another negative review in which the establishment told a customer they do not do shampoos without cuts). First of all, we had been there 21 minutes, so she knowingly LIED to us about the time spent and the service that had been performed. Second of all, they charged for a shampoo but I guess you also have to pay for a rinse because as soon as I got back home I had to spend 30 minutes in the shower getting their chemicals out of my hair. Finally, they made my hair worse. I've been having problems with matting due to heavy depression and stress recently causing me to fail on my self care routines, which has been cyclically feeding into my low self image. Now my self image is even worse -- whereas before my hair looked fine even though it felt bad, now it looks AND feels bad. My boyfriend was ready to give the lady who did my hair a 5 dollar tip because we did not think (i.e. had not been TOLD at any point) that we would be charged but when they decided to charge us for the shampoo he only gave 2 dollars as a tip (and although the girl who "did" my hair was standoffish and rude she still tried and was not altogether awful, so she would have received the 5 dollar tip in full if not for the manager/calltaker/bouncer forcing a charge upon us, so her employee suffered as well as the customer here). So on the way out she yelled at him about the tip and then followed up with "I guess you have better things to do with your time". Honestly? Yes we do. It was only 20 minutes but it would have been time and money better spent on doing almost anything else. Now I NEED to go spend 85 dollars in Louisville ON TOP of the 10 dollars already WASTED here. Do not go to this location, do not give them your money. It is worth the additional cost to go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. This may be the worst customer service interaction I've ever experienced, or at least somewhere near the top of the list.

I say no because we attempted to use this business. After sitting in the chair trying to get 1in off. The employee started I had nets in my hair. After explaining to her I have dandruff and have for the majority of my life. She refused to cut my hair. After going and receiving a second opinion it’s just dandruff. This threw me in a panic all because she didn’t want to cut my hair.

I was a paying customer and denied the right to use their restroom! I can understand not allowing the general public who come in off the street, and not paying, this service?! But I was a paying customer!! Was told their restroom was not a public restroom!

If I could give a 0, I would. I didn't even stay to get my haircut because the woman who checked me in was rude AF. Had a whole attitude even before I gave her my information. When I asked how long the wait would be, she didn't even answer, just screwed her face up even more. Please, I work in customer service as well. Do better.
