The hair stylist made a mistake during the haircut. They said they were afraid to continue. I reached out to the Great Clips customer service number and got a canned response that they would get a response from the owner. I never received a response. - Note we already message CustomerService@greatclips.com two months ago and never received any follow up from the location.

I'm very particular about my hair. It's very long and thick. I only like for my ends to be trimmed. It's very difficult to find someone who understands how important the length of my hair is. Lucille always gets it right! Great job!

Horrible, I should've read the reviews before I came to this location. Went in on Wednesday and I honestly thought my hair looked good until I saw long strands of hair. I wanted my ends clipped, honestly didn't want it to be short but I wanted all the split ends gone. I asked her before I left, "are you sure I won't see any split ends when I get home tonight?" She said no, well she lied I have long strands, split ends and my bangs were so uneven. I called and there is nothing I can do unless I go to any location to get it fixed, I was given 7 days, well I'm out of town, that's impossible. I have been going to Great Clips for over 30 years and this is the worst experience ever. Smh

Ok, I'm cheap when it comes to haircuts, and great clips is always a gamble. It's my kid mentality. I mean it was either great clips or have my mom throw a bowl on my head and what have you? So " Great clips" was a lesser of two evils or should I say a better risk??? Idk. I've somewhat have not grown out of that. Usually I let my hair go for a min, unless I find a decent stylist at a great clips then I'll usually stick with them. I really should find a decent Barber and maybe grow up, but sadly like I said, " I'm cheap when it comes to haircuts." I mean it's Hair. It'll grow back, wear a hat.. right?? but when you get massacred ( which has happened in the past,recently in fact) it could take sometime to look somewhat decent. So it's a definite Hit or miss with the Old G GC. All I'm saying is. Every GC stylist should come with a Portfolio.. like, a tattoo artist. I know, unlike ink you won't have that look forever, but you're gonna look real goofy for a bit of time, and I'm a sucker for a GC coupon in the mail. Anyway, all you guys and gals out there it's Great Clips. Take your chances. Except for you Nikki and Chris. A shoutout to you. You killed it last time. Will be back. If you're still there.

Just bad: hair cut lady was very unfriendly to the point she argued with me how long I wanted my hair. Which would been fine if she did a good job which she didn’t. Now I have to go and get my hair fixed elsewhere. I can say this was one the oddest haircuts experiences I have ever had and to say very least uncomfortable. Don’t go there

Went in to get my sons hair cut ended up with a woman named Chris. I used to work at great clips and have gotten my sons hair cut by other great clips the woman who checked me in didn’t seem to have any problem but this Chris woman said oh i can’t cut his hair if he won’t sit up and sit still and you can’t touch him at all it’s policy. When she asked the woman who checked us in if it was policy she said if you don’t feel comfortable doing it I can do it when I finish this customer. She then got an attitude and said it’s not that it’s just policy. I decided to just go ahead and leave and she left after me to go sit in her car. Mind you she literally had just walked in the store 15 minutes after I was checked in. Very poor experience

Took my son here, Kris has done a great job shes a awsome barber he loved it friendly staff, great haircut, and great price. I went back a few days later and had my hair cut by the same lady, Kris done an awesome job,she's a very nice and professional barber, I also returned a few days later with grand son, she done a awsome job on his hair as well, you can trust this review 3 hair cuts total in a row all done by Kris a very nice and very professional barber.

Will never go back here. Lady asked if I checked in and I told her no, she looked at me and said "chris?" I told her "no... like I said before I didn't check in online". So she gets me checked in and sits me down and I told her I have an undercut (so longer hair on top) and I just wanted it cleaned up and taken to a 2. She haphazardly piled my head on my hair, I couldn't even see the line and proceeded to work. Yall, I didn't think this could be messed up, because she couldn't see the line she ended up cutting out some of my longer hair! So I called the salon and asked for the manager, when I realized, and she refused to give me the information. I honestly think she was on something because she seemed more hung up on the fact that I was taking a vacation by myself for my birthday.

Do not get a haircut with Kris... Just had the oddest and most awkward experience getting a haircut. Hats off (no pun intended) to the other hairstylist there who checked me in this morning on 11/5/23. But once Kris walked in things took a turn for the worst. She promptly ushered me over to get a chair with no discussion on the type of cut/length I was getting. As she was getting ready to start scissor cutting, I asked if I could show her a picture of the haircut I was hoping to get (it was a picture of me about a year ago on my wedding day). As I had my phone out she dismissed the picture and stated "Oh I can't see that picture" and was about to begin cutting. Confused, I told her I could make the picture larger or show her another angle, but without even looking she says "it looks like a four" and said again, "I can't see those pictures..." Now I'm a little worried she might be visually impaired and I'm in for a fun rest of the day, but she looks at me again and now says "If I'm uncomfortable I don't have to get a haircut." I respond, "I'm not trying to cause an issue, and I'm a little confused, but I've always been able to tell my hairstylist what haircut I want before I get it cut." She makes a comment about not having the time, and then says my haircut is in the system. At this point, she says that she is no longer comfortable with cutting my hair... which we can both agree on at this point, but still somewhat embarrassing to be getting kicked out in the middle of the salon with other customers. She then pulls me over to the computer and says, "see this is what we have for you." I look at the screen, look at her, double take... "That isn't even me in the system." She reiterates that it is me, despite it obviously not being my name. At this point, I glance around the salon, the other hairstylist looks at me shakes her head in confusion and embarassment for her peer. And I leave. In short, this lady was about to cut my hair thinking I was someone else, didn't check on who I was before cutting, AND became confrontational when I showed a picture of myself with the haircut I was hoping to get. BIZARRRE. I'm okay with a cheap haircut, but there are other Great Clips and Sports Cut places where you won't be kicked out for showing a picture of the cut you'd like.

The nerve and the lack of empathy for their customers at this location is super disappointing. I was about to get my haircut for the first time in two years here but evidently the owners do not allow even paying customers to use their restroom. You just lost a customer at this location Great clips and I'll be sure to let any of my friends know not to go to this location. There were two very kind hairstylist there that apologized over and over but this was not on them... An apology should come from the owner. Very poor decision on your part.

They do a pretty good job with kids haircuts. I was disappointed that I went in a Saturday for myself and they wouldn’t wash my hair though…thought that was strange. Said it’s policy to not wash hair on weekends?

They give good hair cuts and you can check in online.used to be good I checked in on my lunch break because they said there was a 0 minute wait. There was one person there but apparently they were 2 people taking turns either way the second person wasn't there and the one who was wasn't trying to cut my hair so I had to waste my lunch watching someone else get there hair cut. Go if you want your experience might be different but I won't be back

Went in yesterday and got my haircut, it was nothing like the reference picture. I don't where where they get their stylist but they need to find better ones. I'm very unsatisfied with the service I received. Don't waste your time going here or any greatclips.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The one I went Into with my son had the most racist workers ever. I'm muslim and wear a scarf, the 2 women that were there refused to cut my son's hair. Claimed they couldn't do a simple boy's haircut and that we needed to go to a barber shop. Absolutely horrible. I was actually in shock at their demeanor.
