My haircut was fine I typically go there every 6 weeks or so. I am disappointed in the Veteran free cut card that I got. I got the card on Veteran day and was told that it was only good through the end of November instead of the year as in the past. I went on the 30th of November and they wouldn't take the card as it expired the 29th, not the end of the month like I was told. I have gotten all of my cuts there and this one free cut being denied really pissed me office

I went in for a 2-3 inch trim and small face frame on my straight, one length, very long hair. The stylist could not get the face frame even and kept cutting and cutting. I even offered to stand up since my hair is down to my waist. I left with 6-8 inches off and a jagged uneven haircut. I had to go to a salon the next day to get it fixed. I'm honestly devastated at the loss of length.

I went in for a simple trim. Juliana, who cut my hair was extremely unprofessional. she clearly had issues with her coworkers telling her child that he could not be in the chemical cabinet in the back of the salon (child seemed to be about 9-11 years old). Made several comments under her breath about coworkers. She did not sweep up the previous clients hair before inviting me to sit down in the chair. My hair was repeatedly ripped with a comb, and I could hear the strands breaking. I’ve heard great things about the other hairdressers here, but never will return to her.

I went in yesterday for a trim. The woman cut my hair so short it's up to my ears. How can you make this mistake? There are two women there that I typically go to for myself and my children, neither were there. I thought it's not a big deal bc I only need a trim. My entire neck is tattooed and I pointed out a shaded spot where I wanted my hair to fall and the woman agreed. When she finished she asked me if I liked it? I said UMMM that is VERY short. She says "I did what you asked". No you did not! The entire time she wanted to discuss tattoos with me bc I'm heavily tattooed. Then proceeded to ask me to guess her age and that most ppl tell her she's in her 40s and tells me she's 65. You're so busy talking that you're not paying attention to cutting hair. As soon as I got to my car I cried. Here's a picture for reference. I marked a line for where it should have been. I'm very unhappy. I now have to walk around like this for god knows how long.

Worst experience of my life. I was poked 4 times (nearly in my eye), she was clumsy and she dropped a comb in my lap, nicked me with the buzz razor twice, and chocked my neck by leaning on my chair. The haircut isn’t at all what I asked for. I asked for 1-2 inches off, and scissors on the back and sides. She buzzed the sides way too short and took off at least 3-4 inches of hair. She did not ask through any of this, just started chopping with my back turned to the mirror. She also gave me a cloak that was meant for children, and didn’t go past my knees.. I left without confronting the issue, but if I was bold enough, I would have asked for a full refund. This is the part I find most absurd and upsetting. She kept pushing my neck into an unnatural position. I’m understanding of being physically challenged, but please do not shove my head into my neck to the point where it physically hurts, and then get frustrated with me when my head won’t bend that way. If you need a different angle. Tilt my head gently, or raise/lower the chair. She also wouldn’t move around, so I was being spun in circles the entire visit. I am extremely upset and displeased. She did a poor job of asking questions prior to cutting, and the experience itself was rough, unpleasant, and frustrating throughout. She cut off so much, without asking, that I have to let it grow out to get fixed. It looks like I have 2 or 3 different haircuts. I personally do not believe she should be a hair stylist, and I am upset that I paid $20 to have my hair completely ruined. If she is going to be so forceful that she hurts my head and neck, I don’t think she should be cutting hair. I am upset that I do not know her name, but I am sure she can be found under my profile, attached to my most recent visit, Jack Plonski. I will not be returning unless I hear that this issue has been addressed. I am attaching a photo showing how sloppy even the front is. I didn’t even trust her to try and fix it after this, I will be getting help elsewhere…

I would like to thank the staff and the manager Jameye for cutting my hair! I can’t believe some of these reviews. Especially the customer that had a bad experience at the Fern Creek store. It’s obvious that he brought his bad experience with him to the Hurstbourne Ln store. I just can’t see Jameye being rude especially when it comes to her outstanding customer service.

This place is terrible! I asked specifically if they knew how to do fades beforehand and they left me with a buzz cut smh. The lady didn't even line up my hairline.
