Always cut my teenage son’s hair right and MAN he is picky! The woman are so professional and fun and kind, and ask if I’m fine with his neck line, etc. He always falls asleep in the chair too.

Been going here for my haircuts for a long time. They take notes to ensure different stylists cut your hair the same way. They have an app that allows you to check in and see how much the wait time is which I really like. Friendly staff.

I had a really disappointing experience at this barber. The haircut was uneven and nothing like what I requested. The barber seemed rushed and distracted, which made the whole experience frustrating. The shop was also messy and uninviting. I left feeling unhappy and won't be going back.

It seems that Sign In is just a joke.. because I did and it gave me 0 minutes after I reached it changed to 8 and I waited more than 20 minutes and then they said we replaced someone, in your place I don’t know why what is the benefit of the sign in...Last time.. Shey... ruined my hair...even though I've been dealing with them for years.And.The other employee seemed so used to the complaints that she didn't pay any attention.

I am very upset with how I was treated when I tagged along with my bf. My bf came in today to get a trim and he had asked me to go with him to tell the hairdresser how I like it since my bf wanted my input and left with so much of his hair off. I didn’t even want to tag along this morning since I’m not a fan of haircuts but he insisted. The guy who took him back, Kyle was his name, decided to give me attitude and be rude to me WHEN MY BF ASKED ME TO COME BACK WITH HIM to show him a picture of what I like and Kyle looked at my bf and said “What do YOU want with your hair? It’s your hair, you’re a grown man that can make decisions” and even when my bf was literally telling him that he wants what I want because he really doesn’t have preference and then Kyle said to me “Go wait in the lobby, no need to hover him all the time”. I am so upset with the experience and upset with the results. Never again

Specifically Kyle, he did a mediocre job and listened to nothing my girlfriend said. Infact, he rudely told my girl that she has no say in what my hair does because I’m a grown man. I am a grown man but I don’t need a stranger let alone anyone, telling my girlfriend off like that. She attempted to show a photo and he said “I don’t like shorter hair so you just tell me what you want” like as if I was just gonna say “screw my girlfriend, give me this haircut” I brought her in for the exact reason of picking my haircut.

I've been going to different Great Clips locations my entire life and I have never been done so wrong before. I have gone between long hair and a long bob for the past 12 years and today I decided I wanted my long bob back. I signed in online, went into the salon, and was sat with an older lady named Lisa. I showed her how I wanted my hair cut right above my shoulders so it sat around my jaw. She showed me with her comb where she was going to cut, I told her it was exactly right. Then, she readjusted her grip and cut over an inch higher than we agreed on. After that, she moved to the other side of my face, measured in the mirror, then cut my hair all the way up to my earlobe. I immediately told her it was much shorter than the other side and she told me she just hadn't evened it out yet. Lisa proceeded to cut all the way around my head at different lengths, leaving some long strands down my back but somehow managing to cut off all the hair at the nape of my neck. I told her to stop, got up from the chair, and asked her why she would cut my hair so short because it wasn't what I asked for. She said that what I asked for wasn't a bob and she was doing a bob. She continued to insist that I just wasn't allowing her to finish and that was the only issue. When I became upset, she offered to let a coworker finish. I left the salon without allowing anyone else to touch it and found a professional that could take me immediately. Speaking with the next stylist, she couldn't believe the damage that had been done after I asked a woman to cut a straight line around my head. Lisa is an unfit stylist and shouldn't be attempting to work with clients. This was just shameful. The lack of accountability at this shop is disgusting. I will never be back to any Great Clips for the rest of my life.

Just had my hair trimmed at the great clips near cedar center, worst experience I have ever had. The woman that cut my hair seemed rude and kind of hateful. She did not speak to me the whole time she was cutting my hair except for when she asked me whatchu been puttin on your hair???It just had hairspray in it and when she was through cutting it she didn't even dry it and it was wet from where she had sprayed water on it. l had to ask her to dry it and when she got done it was still wet. I have been going there for 12 years but I will never go back. Somebody needs to do something about her if she is rude like that to all of her customers they just lost my business.

My boyfriend was a customer at the store and he was very happy about the results but he also said that he was very disappointed with the outcome because he didn’t expect it to be so much money for a simple haircut and that it wasn’t worth the money and his time to make the decision to go to the salon. He was very upset about the results

No matter which Great Clips I go to, I am always treated with respect. I care for individuals with intellectual disabilities and they really have a good time and notices the staff from Great Clips helping them the best way they can. Great service, awesome staff with skills

Update: The past two times we've been here they've given horrible haircuts. The ladies here are always professional and do a great job on my hair. Make sure to tip. They've earned it.
