I have been going to great clips off and on for some time now. A month ago I went to the Ruckriegel Parkway location. They really butchered my hair to where I had to wait a 6 weeks for it to grow back out. I went back to them for a haircut with another lady employee, believe it or not they messed my hair up again. I went to the great clips location on Shelbyville Rd. in Louisville, KY. I did not know that the employees can bring their kids to work with them. I left that location before they was able to cut my hair. I couldn't handle the loud screaming and crying. I think I got it now wherever you go to get a haircut you get what you pay for.

This is the 2nd time I've gone to this particular location on Ruckreigel in J-town. And this is the 2nd time I've hopped in my car crying. I was trying to show the stylist pictures of what I was wanting. She just didn't look and I looked at her to make sure. UGH! Basically I wanted a deep bang to make it look on the thicker side, with A head full of layers...and I do mean LAYERS. Layers on top of layers-- 80's layers--Jacklyn Smith layers. Know-what-I-mean. But that is NOT what I got. Hardly a layer anywhere. $27.00 down the tube, again. I'm on disability and I certainly don't have the money to waste like that. Now I have to wait til I get my check next month.

Did not get a good haircut today. I don't believe that the stylist today had much experience. She was aggressive with the clippers on my neck, and I still feel it. And the haircut made my head look like a butt according to my wife. This is not an overall view for Great Clips, just this one stylist. Overall I have had good experiences.

I honestly wish I could give a negative star. Awful customer service. Haircut was done in 5 min and I have long hair. She was so rude and just did not care. My hair is uneven and she did not do what I asked her to at all. I will never be back ever again.

Worst haircut I have ever had.... It only gets 2 stars cause the wait wasn't really long..... Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with an actual barber

It was terrible service. I was a walk-in was there for 15 minutes someone came in after me and they were serviced first.
