Don’t bother checking in online. You’ll walk in and they say they will be right with you without checking you in and then people will walk in that did not check in and they will seat them immediately. Very unprofessional, especially after being checked in and being first in line.

Dupree did an amazing job! I wanted to grow my hair out but get rid of the split ends, and he did a great job talking me through how much to take off. Now my hair feels way better and I can hardly tell that I lost any length! He is also very kind and laid back, which was exactly the vibe I needed after a crazy week. Thanks Dupree!

Whatever you do, do NOT come in on a Monday… the lady cutting my hair cared more about talking to her co workers and laughing the WHOLE TIME, rather than actually cutting my hair. It was almost like it was their 10 year reunion how loud and obnoxious it was…

I am pretty picky when it comes to getting a haircut. Checked out a few other Great Clips that did not have many good reviews. After looking at this Great Clips reviews, everyone was speaking very highly of Nikki. I called the store to see what time Nikki was working, signed in online and requested her when I checked in. Everyone was very welcoming when I walked through the door. Like others that posted, Nikki has a great personality and I got a great haircut and will continue to go to this Great Clips.

We have been coming to this great clips for 3 years now and nikki is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! In the 12 years ive been in Louisville, she is the first stylist to EVER get my style right! Shes very funny and lovely to chat with and shes just a delight to be in her company! She does the cut and styling for me, my kids and my mom and I would recommend her to anyone. The ladies in the salon are always very courteous and hardworking. Its always a good experience coming in

I believe Rhonda cut my hair, she was so lovely and patient. she was so accommodating and let me pick out little pieces i didn’t like and fixed them. overall she was just such an amazing hair stylist and i appreciated her so much. i feel soooo much better

I came in to get my hair cut for the first time on 8/15. This was my first visit and I met Rhonda shortly after walking in. I had long hair and have an autoimmune disease that’s causing me to lose my hair all over. I was told by my dr that if I’m comfortable, cutting or shaving my hair could be good for me in many ways. I told Rhonda we were doing something a little different and we would be cutting it very short. She listened intently and said “ok, ms. Luanne. We will do this and get through this together.” Sometimes, I like to do hard things on my own. Especially lately because I know how hard my health issues have been on my family. On this day I just wanted to go alone and I think God had other plans. The kindness and compassion Rhonda showed me was bar none. She treated me like a human. She met me where I was. She cried with me and literally held me through something that was harder than I was expecting. I just can’t say enough good things. I’ve already been back and Rhonda and I are on this journey together to see what haircut suits my Alopecia best. She is the best and Great Clips is so incredibly lucky to have her and I’m incredibly lucky to have had my hair cut by her.

I had long hair, and requested a simple trim. My barber was rude, negligent, and gave me quite possibly the worst haircut of all time. I told her to leave two inches of length on my sides and rear, yet she buzzed them and gave me an uneven fade. As for the top of my head, a complete atrocity. She messed up my hairline and gave me a buttcut. Never go to this great clips, the workers don’t listen to your styling requests and simply don’t care for their customers.

I have always had a good haircut here at a reasonable price. Nikki has cut my hair several times and has done a great job, is personable and accommodating. I also highly recommend Rhonda, who also has been great in meeting my haircut needs. My only suggestion about Great Clips is to bring back their discount haircut cards you used to be able to purchase toward the end of the year and then use throughout the year. Not only were they a great value, they also locked in business for the company, instead of customers choosing to go elsewhere.

I love this store and will definitely be back! I signed in online and ended up getting in way earlier than the 40 minutes quoted to me. Then Emily gave me the best haircut I've ever had. She was super friendly and really helpful. The other girls working were equally friendly and helpful. It was a great atmosphere. I appreciate this place, thank you.

My stylist was great. She listened to my vision of how I wanted and she cut it perfectly. I would highly recommend them for your next cut. Very sweet staff all around. UPDATE: 5/31/22 Sam the same stylist was great again. She listened to my idea and made my vision of what kind of hairstyle I wanted and cut my hair appropriately. I travel almost two hrs to see Sam and highly recommend her. Update Third Visit: August, 2022 Sam was not available so I let a stylist named Nikki cut my hair because I drove two hours for Sam to cut my hair again. Nikki chopped my hair up so bad I had to go to another salon to let them try to fix it. It was so bad I came out looking like I had a man’s haircut. I don’t know how Nikki ever got her hairdressers license. Unfortunately my grand babies called me grandpa! I will never go there again. And because of this incident I had to change my 5 star rating to one star. If you’re smart you will ask for anyone other than Nikki to cut your hair.

Our stylist Rachel was by far, the best EVER! I originally took my 82 year old mother on for a hair cut and Rachel did a phenomenal job. She absolutely made her day. I ended up getting my hair cut before we left also...she cut it perfectly. In the past, I have had to go home and cut my hair more because the stylist didn't cut it as I asked. I have visited many GC locations in KY, IN, & SC and have finally found a stylist that is friendly, fun, and most importantly, gave me the cut I described. THANK YOU Rachel at the Middletown GC. You are the best!

The stylist was more interested in the guy getting his haircut ext to me than me Worse service ever, waited over an hour! The employees were taking smoke breaks and talking about what they did Friday night. My hair looks awful, I’m not happy or will I go back or ever refer someone to that location
