BIG SHOUT OUT!!!! I do therapy with the special needs population. I had one in extreme need of a haircut. I took him into Great Clips on outer loop, across from Kroger. There was a gentleman that took my client back. I told him that he wanted a “haircut”. The barber could obviously tell my client struggled with grooming and without asking shaved his neck, beard, and trimmed his nose and ears and did not charge him!! What a NICE MAN!! Thank you so much for what you did!! My client walked out of that store feeling like his poopy didn’t stink!! Good people are hard to come by these days and you definitely restored my faith! Thanks so much again!!

Both stylists were great. Unhappy about $34 for what essentially turned out to be a trim on a 7yr old and a buzz cut on a 2yr old plus $10 in tips.

Kim at Outerloop Great Clips is an absolute gem! My preteen son was almost in tears because he needed a haircut and was so nervous he was going to get a cut he did not like. She talked to him and asked him lots of questions about what kind of style he wanted and length. He ended up leaving smiling! A 10/10 for me and him!

There was only one lady working. She kinda had an attitude. My son is 21months old and this was his 4th haircut. She was really rough with him. She missed several spots that I will now have to fix. And she got him on the neck with the clippers. I would understand if my child was moving. But he sat still the entire time. I've had great experiences at other locations. I do not recommend this location for small children to get haircuts.

Made appointment wait 55 min got back for appointment the store was locked up and attended gone and store just open at 9 and 10 45 close so how you only going to be open for 55 min and than close with sign saying open. The person had left the permis

Should've walked out the minute we walked in. The barber gave us an angry look as we were walking in. She was too aggressive. My 5 year old ended up with 2 nicks on his neckline and a terrible haircut. She spent no more than 3-4 minutes. Terrible place.

Despite being understaffed, the woman working alone on Friday morning did an amazing job with my hair. I have anxiety about getting haircuts, but she made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning to see her.

I should have known better I should have walked out the door as soon as I walked in and he gave me a hateful look! She absolutely clowned me! I asked her to shape it up she cut it all off and left long pieces hanging I'm embarrassed! I cannot afford to get my haircut but a couple times a year and this happens! You made that up!

I went to the store on May 11, 2023 and I was going there with high hopes but then when I asked for a fade on the sides and cut a little bit on top, but it seemed like the female barber didn’t know what she was doing because 1, I never got a fade and 2 I got so much removed from the top so that’s why I had a bad experience

So this past Saturday my husband went in to the outer loop store for a hair cut. The women was sitting down doing nothing when he walked in. She wasn't very nice when he walked in. Then had him take a seat. She then started cleaning the stations up. 20 mins go by and she has still no taking my husband for his hair cut, another women in the back poked her head out of the back a few times but never came out. So after 20 mins of my husband sitting there a man comes in with his son no apt the hair cut was for his son, the women then grabbed a kids seat and tells the man she was ready for the boy, the man looked at my husband and said u were here first, the women said I am ready for your son, and my husband told the man to go on that he had no idea what was going on. After 10 more mins the other women never came from out back, my husband then came out to the car were myself and our special needs child had been waiting the whole time, begin to tell me how rude this women was and I could see inside to what she was doing , my husband and I decided to leave. He never got his hair cut, I have been to this location many times myself and even have brought in my kids there but no more. You can't treat someone like that because you don't want to do your job or you want to pick and choose your clients. This was the outloop location.

Went in and "Ms. V" cut my hair. This consisted of about two minutes of buzzing my hair with the clippers and one guard, removing hair I usually comb over. I mean, I don't have a lot left up there, but now it's even less. The entire haircut was about two minutes, no effort at all put into it. Got the impression the other two stylists were glad they didn't have to cut my hair, despite the absolute lack of customers this location seems to get. They're closed two days a week because of a lack of customers.
