I come to this location regularly to get my hair trimmed and have never had an experience like this before. The lady who cut my hair, I think her name was Shonna, took nearly an hour for a trim! I knew it was going to be a bad experience when I was trying to tell her what kind of cut I wanted and she kept interrupting me every couple of seconds to tell me her life story. She wouldn’t stop talking through out the whole hour that she needed to cut my hair. It usually takes them about 15 minutes to cut my hair if that, but she talked so much that she wasted an hour of my time. The way she was talking even makes me think she’s on drugs and I don’t say that lightly. If I get her again I’m going to find a new place to cut my hair

This location never seems to have enough staff. I checked in online and it says 20 minutes. I get to the store and it 50 minutes. Usually, there is only one person working. Do yourself a favor and go to different location.

They messed up my info into their system and switched my info with someone else’s and they slightly messed up my cut. We caught it just in time to be fixed but I will never return to this location! Found a different spot and said goodbye to Great Clips FOREVER!

This was an entirely disappointing experience. I went in to get a simple trim, no layers or anything. However, the stylist seemed to either be inexperienced or simply unskilled. He sprayed the bottoms of my hair with a solution that left a thick residue on my hair, even after washing. After getting my hair semi-wet, he trimmed my hair. He then blow dried my hair, during which he acted like he had never used a blow dryer before. He pointed it up, so my hair went everywhere and got very tangled. He then tried to brush my hair out. I'm not tender-headed, but this was painful and hard to sit through. He continued to yank the brush through, even though there were large tangles. The hair was still damp and frizzy when he showed me the end result. But, once I got home and dried it fully I realized that the hair was noticeably longer on the right side, and the back was uneven. I ended up going to another salon and having them even it out. Long story short, I thought I could trust Great Clips to do a simple trim. But I just ended up wasting my time and paying more to get it fixed.

The absolute worst haircut I have ever had. A totally unskilled butcher job. Right up front I said that l like my hair long that it's just hot outside. We agreed on nothing shorter than an inch. I added that I did not want a fade or a pompadour. I wound up with a very short fade in the back leading to a pompadour. It's not even a smooth fade, it's more like noticable bands of different lengths. If you care at all about your appearance and want any say in what happens avoid the Great Clips on Dutchman's Ln.

Horrible, rude, unprofessional, entitled staff. Looked at me like I owed her something. Barking at my child for taking a cheap lollipop which was full jar of and is there for children in the first place. Disgusting, will never ever return.

Don't trust their registration times. I booked an online appt that said wait was 18 min. Got an immediate text that I was 15 min until my turn. Got there and there were two people registered before me. Waited outside to allow kids to have seats and for distancing. Rechecked and had one person in front of me. Rechecked after 20 min after my "estimated" time and was now third??? Waited for an additional 10 minutes and still no movement. So after a projected wait time of around 18 minutes, and waiting for a total of 40 minutes beyond my estimated time I just left. Got a call at 55 minutes AFTER my estimated 18 minutes to say I was up next. Sports Clips is much better with their estimated times being more accurate. Hope you don't waist your lunch time and other errands that you expected to run on their online system.
