Great cut, service, and conversation from the stylist and staff. Previous Great Clips trips at other locations have been lackluster, but this experience alone has restored my faith in their work. Well done!

Don’t worry about checking in online. They will still take other customers before you. Even if you are just going to the restroom first. Wasted my time and should have told the customer that came in after me, that I have customer before you that is using the restroom, when I finish with that customer you are next. Lost a customer completely for Great Clips. Good job. I didn’t have time to wait, that’s why I checked in online. Or is that lost on some people. I also wasn’t going to make the other customer pay for the stylist’s mistake. I will never step foot in another Great Clips as long as I live. EVER.

Cynthia did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She took time to listen to me and made suggestions about what was best. She did a great job undoing a previous haircut I was unhappy with. Would definitely recommend her

Today I went in knowing my regular lady wasn’t there and another lady did my hair, (Not to mention I don’t have much) Now it’s one thing to act as if you know what to do, but then turn around and show me the mirror only to be gapped up and act as if it’s okay. I was PISSED. I’m sure they all have their licenses, but today was like a person with NO SKILLS did mine. It’s very noticeable and embarrassing. This was and is very unacceptable!!!!

Kim gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. I have been having such bad luck lately with terrible uneven cuts, at other places. I am so glad I came here. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her. I love my hair so much, thanks again!

Honestly I usually go to another hair salon for my hair. But this time I couldn’t book them before my trip and I went to great clips( zip code 40241). Amanda did a fantastic job on my hair. I could say I got the best bangs ever and she cut my hair exactly like what I asked. Definitely will go back again. 💇🏻‍♀️✂️👩🏻‍🦱

I came here with a full head of hair, and came back with almost none. I asked for half an inch to an inch at most, and the lady cutting my hair took at least 2 off. The hair wasn't Evan cut evenly. I am now the laughing stock of my school and will not be returning to great clips.

Can we say diversity.? I didn't feel comfortable and Brit or whoever really didn't make me feel like they could cut black hair. Very rude and I will never be to any Great Clips

This guy screwed up my hair so royally I don't know how I'm going to fix it. I'm literally going to have to do a buzz cut it's so bad. I even specifically asked for them to leave it longer but instead it's cut so short and unevenly right in the front where it cannot be hidden that's it's going to be this messed up for WEEKS. I would say you get what you pay for but their prices have gotten so high that's not even remotely true. Do no go here, I would not trust them to cut a dog's hair. It's so embarrassingly bad that I'm not including a picture because I don't want to be a poster child for a horrendous hair cut.

asked for a fade for my son. short on top. showed a picture and everything. got a buzz cut up to eye level then quick fade with long on top. it took an hour and 2 other stylists to help... I dont know who it was who did the cut but. never again. wish it'd let me post pictures
