I had a less-than-ideal experience here. When I arrived, the place was empty, which was surprising but not necessarily a bad thing. My haircut was done by an apprentice, and while I didn’t mind that, she was getting feedback from two more experienced colleagues. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed that my haircut was not well done. My sideburns were uneven, and the overall look wasn’t great. I don’t place all the blame on the apprentice; the more experienced colleagues should have paid more attention to the details. Haircutting is all about the details, and that’s where they fell short. They didn’t have anyone waiting, so there was no rush, but my haircut still felt rushed. I paid $20 for a mediocre job, and I won’t be returning. In hindsight, I can understand why the place was empty.

Went to this location and checked in online before I came. When I came in nobody checked me in and or talked to me. Then the ladies working allowed my turn to be passed even after I told them that I was next on the list. I will never coming back here again.

Horrible experience with the hair cut of my kid. They have ruined it. Offered me the hair cut was on them however what will I do with that. Worst hair cut they have given to my kid.

I walked right in yesterday and got a fantastic haircut from Sarah, and great conversation as well. she is a kind, genuine person and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!!

Bentley gave my 4yo his first hair cut and it looks stellar. He is the nicest guy and let this Mama Bear hover and cry. My son was terrified of getting his hair cut but it was a smooth and calm experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with his excellent work!

Great Clips in Stoneybrook is the best. Ladies if you want a new sexy hairstyle ask for Bentley, he is definitely the best. Very, very friendly. Also makes you feel good about yourself while getting your hair done 😁. I have six kids that I take there also to get their hair done.

I want to this Great Clips located at 9000 Taylorsville Road, Louisville and I would really like to appreciate their staff member especially Bently. He gave me an amazing haircut. He did his job with extreme sincerity and even had a very polite attitude. I would definitely recommend this place to others for their hair related services. Keep up the good work.

Repent going to 9000 Taylorsville Stony brook for Kids haircut today. Don't they look at notes. Don't they get training to do kids hair? The rates have gone up, no worries, but the kind of service is what is paid for. Visiting "great clips" since years and never had this problem. Now at home we are taking off the strands of hair which are still left. One of the ear is hurt and the guy did not even take care to let know. Waste of time!! and money

The head manager Bentley, knows customers names as they walk in, cares about your input of the style but also teaches you about your hair and products. For 19.99 this is an unbeatable experience!!! I love my hair cut, love the customer experience there and the atmosphere. He hyped me up and had me feeling so confident. I landed my job interview and will be back!!! He cares about the people who come in and doesn’t just look at them as another customer. 10/10

Excellent service. Great haircut. I had a woman and she done a great fade on me.. Booked a spot online so only had to wait 10min. My advice-Definitely go to their website and get a spot in line. Save you alot of time!

This was everything I wanted and did not expect it to happen...but...it did! I did not think to ask her name cause I was in surprise of a great cut and price! SHE did great asking all the right questions to achieve a satisfied customer. Tip reflected my gratitude.
