Hikes lane is my go to Great Clips. I will always wait for Sara or Jasuda. The hair cuts I get from them are great and I will drive out of my way to get there.

Had a top-notch experience here. Adam was excellent! Best haircut I’ve had in years. I really appreciated his intention to detail and thoroughness throughout the cut - he did a fantastic job. Highly recommend

Our 2.5 year old son got his second haircut ever at this location. Adam did a phenomenal job easing his nerves and had a solution for every little situation that arose. He did an excellent job on the cut and we walked away feeling very positive about the experience. We will definitely return.

I had never been to Great Clips before and am always nervous about getting my hair cut, though I really like it short. I believe Troy was the one at the Hikes Point location that made me feel at ease and cut my hair. I'm loving the cut, and I'm not sure what all of the Karens are complaining about... the shop was clean, inviting, friendly staff... perhaps they need a high end salon with high end prices for their high end beliefs. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank you Troy!! I feel like I've known you forever! I'll be back❤️🥰

Worst place ever to go to,once you get your hair butchered they want you to email customer service,I mean what are they going to do glue the hair back,some folks Can't cut hair,,never will I step foot back in there

I’ve been going here for a couple of years, the other day was my last. The stylist basically gave me a female version of a mullet. Normally I can deal with a bad haircut by styling my hair to hide it but this was embarrassing. I went to the one on hurstbourne the next day and they did a good job fixing it. My hairs shorter than I wanted and I’m out $25. Avoid this location by all means

The older Asian lady with the red lip and painted nails was so sweet and did a great job on my hair. She paid great attention to detail and was very gentle while doing it. She also took the time to let me know about my damaged hair and helped me out with it. She's been doing hair for 37 years and she's definitely one of the best stylists I've had. This location never let's me down

The hairstylist did what I asked for but repeatedly wanted me to change my hairstyle even when I declined. When I arrived at the salon seat, the floors were not swept from the hair of the previous customer and the haircutting tools still had hair from the previous people. I was somewhat concerned that I would get head lice or something else. In addition, the estimated wait time in line was extended at least three times and spent over two hours waiting for a 15 minute haircut. I thought it was weird that the hairstylist commented on how "dry" my hair is even though I did a hair hydration mask just before I arrived at the hair salon (my hair was really smooth and shiny). I put shea-coconut-cocoa butter along with jojoba oil in my hair on a regular basis. This lady either didn't know what she was doing or lying.

Waiting 45 minutes watching them talk about food/while not even checking in customers. They take more breaks than cut hair. Terrible staff and service all over. Don't go here.
