Hands down the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life. She didn’t care about my hair, but the obvious lack of experience and poor attitude really didn’t sit well. Place is a joke- should have brought a bowl in for her to buzz around.

Well let's see where to begin... We got there and it seemed to be going pretty good so far, the one lady there Fancy her station opened so she took my daughter and she asked what we were wanting and we kept telling her that my daughter wanted one of 2 different styles and yes I am super hyper aware that my daughter has straight hair but not the point, it was she could have given us her suggestion and then we could have said yeah you know you are right let's try a different approach to the haircut then, but nope Fancy kept telling me how my Daughters hair is straight and she's going to cut it the way she thinks is best and so she did ... So I tried to overlook it and I asked if I could keep my daughters hair because yes I am sorry I still do the whole baby book with the hair cuts and stuff but she gave me a lock of my Daughters hair and the other places I've been of course have been more accommodating and given me all the hair they cut but she was completely something else, and so I really watched her body language and I seen how when she was combining through my child's hair she was pulling a little too excessively 😳😡 so I am sorry the first time in 15 years I didn't tip a beautician and then when it came to Jazmin she was ultra nice and she was just awesome to have her trim up my hair and cut off the maybe 4 inches and put some layers in it that come to find out are uneven 😕 then my son who's never had a hair cut asked me to get his done and I of course like with my daughter got weepy and said okay, I paid for all 3 of our hair cuts whick totaled to $56.00 and for her getting my son in to do his hair I gave her a $10 tip before she even cut his hair, so he got his hair cut Jazmin put all of my Son's hair in a bag for me and she did really good till she got a little too cut happy with the top of his head but none the less she did really good!! But then the haircut was done and for a split second I turned around to put my phone down after recording his haircut I told him to give Mommy a second and stay there and she told him he could get down and he got his right leg caught on that chrome bar you put your feet up on when you are getting your hair cut and his knee popped and so did his ankle she definitely needs to be very grateful that he didn't fall and hit his face or his head and so immediately I asked him to try to show me where it hurts and he's showing me and she never even seemed concerned or anything!!!! We spent hours in the ER after leaving there at Great Clips to make sure that my 5 year child wasn't hurt seriously injured!!!! So let me make this clear if you want to be told how to cut your hair even though you make it clear how you want it or how to style it then go there and if you don't care how your children are treated then go there, but as for my children yeah hell no we won't go back there!!!! $20 Dollars for my Daughter's haircut she didn't want and asked for something completely different twice. $10 Tip for getting my Son in to get his haircut given before she cut his hair and $16 Dollars for my Son's haircut and a hospital visit to boot. $20 to get a trim and a little bit of layers. So all in all $66 Dollars for a hurt Son and a very distraught Daughter and a pissed Momma, definitely not worth the hassle ever again there.

Horrible experience. The woman who checked me in seemed rude and aggressive. She was the same one to work on my hair. When we went to cut it, I showed her how much I wanted chopped off, yet she went higher up. When I asked her to go a bit lower, she measured with her fingers, but ended up cutting the original length she had chosen off. She prettier much dry cut my hair and seemed to have rushed it. My hair is super short now and there is no way to style it. Completely ruined. I highly recommend to not come here.

Second beautician I've had at this Great clips did not listen when I told her what I wanted and gave me a different haircut. It looked nice when I left but was not what I wanted. I'll give it a third try after that I'll not return. The beautician and the general manager who is there are very nice pleasant the places clean stocked bright and cheery

Went here today for a haircut. Not a good experience. My part has small hairs trimmed too much sticking straight up. The back is not blended at all. Not impressed.

If I could do a no star I would. Stylist didn't listen and botched my child's hair. I took her to another salon and they properly cut her hair.

I’m sorry but I go here all the time and today the lady was here from Eastlake to help but she did the worst job that I ever had at this location !!! I’m going to have to go home and trim so many leftover long hairs … she was done in five minutes and she should not be cutting hair !!! Her clippers must be extremely dull …

Was hesitant anyways to go here on a whim for a quick fix was the only thing open on a Sunday Asked to fix my bangs they were alittle messed up but not horrible just a few strands of hair that were cut shorter than I’d like figured they could easily easily blend it and disguise it But they made it worse and then laughed and proceeded to tell me no one can fix it And it seems like such a easy fix just not something I can do but someone who is more “professional” could fix or make it better then what it is and they didn’t take me seriously at all they shouldn’t even be allowed to cut hair by what I endured What was strange also is that the gentleman in front of me they cut his hair fine but didn’t even know how to cut a simple bang on me ridiculous

They're friendly but unless you're getting a basic boomer style haircut they're going to do a bad job. It's always someone different every time I go in, they rush through and do an awful job. After this last visit, which will be my last, I felt compelled to write a review. I asked for a faux hawk, which starts at a 0 on the sides, she asked if used a 0 then proceeded to shave my.hewd with it. I left with what could barely even be called a high and tight, I barely have any hair left on my head. She never spoke the whole time and it was just an awful experience. Never again

Wonderful people at this location! Christopher, Tina, and the rest of the team are all very detailed, professional, and efficient (and enjoyable to chat with!). One of the best Great Clips locations, and I’ve been to many!

Paige did a wonderful job on my hair this morning. What a pleasant young lady to talk with!!! Everyone there this morning was very polite and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will definately return for another haircut from Paige!!!

The stylist did exactly what I wanted and I will have her do the hair cut any time I need it to be done. Before the hair stylist touches my hair Thay will check my history to find out how I like my hair cut and will confirm with me that's what I want done or if I want something different. Thay will update my file for the next time. I highly recommend them anytime anyone wants their cut.
