Fixed my haircut I got at the great clips on Main, not only that but everyone was friendly and I knew the stylist who did my hair! Her name is Ari and she did a lovely job!

Renae is a wonderful stylist. I have known her for years, and she cuts my hair exactly like requested each time. Notes are entered on my profile on the computer, so she knows the guage of the clippers.

Worst haircut of my life

Worst attempt at a haircut I've ever had!! I asked to just have ends clipped and make one length. She ran her scissors through my hair twice and was ready to thin. Literally, a couple of minutes. I was dumbfounded and had to say something. Sorry if I came off as rude, but nothing was done and you're trying to play off customers. She was timid to even touch my hair. That was crazy, lol ✌️

I checked online and it was 57 minutes..went to Kroger for so groceries. Got to Great Clips which is in the same plaza..wait time is now 70 minutes. Sat there over an hour while other walked through the door and went before me. Noticed on the screen that I was next until someone else came in and went infront of me. You next to get more help at that location or shut the doors..More time spent with you employees talking and life and cat tricks then cutting hair..I won't be back.

I see y’all continue to take down the review. I walked in with my boyfriend and a white woman very loudly ‘Shanieka?!?? ‘ when I just looked at her because she very obviously didn’t know me and just wanted to call me a random black womans name she then turned away and muttered loudly about ‘racism can happen to white ppl and I just cant believe that some ppl act this way________’ directing that at me, mind you. Haven’t said a word. We have never gone back.

Had my hair cut today by Renee! She was so sweet and really helped me out! My hair had been so dry and brittle from some health problems and she really made my hair feel totally brand new! 100% will be back.

The salon on Merrifield, imo, is the best salon for a haircut and beard trim. Plus the stylists are always friendly, and engaging.
