A toddler with craft scissors could have done a better job. My friend wanted basic layers and four inches taken off but the 'stylist' took off seven and just cut shorter strands randomly. My friend's been crying all day.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I got easily the worst haircut of my life here yesterday, I asked for my hair to be chest length (it was down to my stomach prior to the cut) and instead received it as being barely below my shoulders, with 'layers' that look like I cut them with safety scissors. I wear glasses, and am unable to see what is happening during a haircut, leaving me to have no choice but to trust the hairdresser. I was as clear as I possibly could have been, and the only thing I wanted was length taken off and a bit of layers. I showed the stylist physically three separate times with my hand on my body where I wanted the length to end, which she confirmed all three times. Then, I guess she just decided to cut whatever she felt like. I don't know if she messed up my layers and went shorter to try and fix them and thought I wouldn't notice? Or if she was just completely incompetent and unable to listen to basic directions. Regardless of what happened, the haircut was unacceptable, disappointing, and the only saving grace is that I can still *barely* put it into a ponytail. I should not have to go to a wizard to have length taken off of my hair, that is the most basic haircut possible. Don't come here, you'd have better luck cutting your hair yourself.

Cost me $12 last hair cut, this time $18 dollars as a senior. A 50 percent increase. Been coming here for many years. Won't be back! As a senior I'm not paying that much.

I'm not happy with how my hair turned out around my ears. I will not let the lady touch my hair again. She was a new lady working there. Not sure how long she's been there, but I don't like how my hair turned out. Worst experience ever

Today we went to great clips to get my daughters hair cut for back to school, and Sarah cut her hair! She was so amazing with my daughter, she was so patient and kind!! We are so happy with how her hair turned out!! We will definitely be returning!!

I was in Great Clips on Tuesday morning.. My normal lady was busy was busy, so I took the new girl. Wrong mistake. I needed a wash and haircut. The water was lukewarm, she never got into my scalp (on top of hair), Never did the back of hair. Yes i had longer hair. Had just had EEG and needed all the gel out of hair. Then to cut my hair my she lined it up with back of chair and cut it. So it it cut uneven. The worse cut in sixteen years from Great Clips. I asked if I received a senior discount, which i always have, It cost me $27.00. WOW!!!! Then I never got a receipt. I will have to think twice about going back here, I drove from north side of South Bend, because I only like my hair a certain way. now i will find another person to recut it right. Living on $707 a month, this cuts into my budget.. Patricia

Literally had the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I don’t expect an exceptional haircut when going but I do expect that they can at least manage a trim and face framing. There were large areas he’d missed with the trim and the face framing was choppy and uneven. Will not be going back.

This was the first time I've been to great clips in years, but they were cheaper and easier than my normal place, so I thought I would try them out again, and well I will be going there from now on, the stylist I had was perfect, I explained what I wanted and she said "don't worry I got this" and well a great haircut is what I got, at a cheaper price, all the staff was nice, the place was clean, and check in was simple, I walked in and was led straight to the chair. Would recommend.
