JoAnne cut and styled my hair today. She was great! She communicated with me what she thought would be best for my hair to look healthier then made sure I was okay with it. She even showed me a product that would benefit my hair. She was realistic and communicated to me on my needs . I love how she would listen , then tell me what would be the best options .

I usually get a great haircut at the location. Most of the girls put in that little extra effort to make it all look nice. Thus last haircut though was terrible. The woman rushed through it and it wasn’t even as if there were other customers waiting. The key to this place if find a stylist you like and just stick with her

The worst haircut in 40 years, the first thing I told her to leave top long hair, she cut it so short. She obviously doesn't know the difference between the trimmer size heads. I will never go there back

Compared to other locations, I found this branch disappointing. Upon entering, the staff seemed less engaged in interacting with customers, which set an indifferent tone. Unfortunately, the haircut I received did not meet my expectations and left me dissatisfied. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this branch, nor do I plan to return.

Joanne did an absolute great job ! My son’s hair is so thick and we can never get a happy medium! She did amazing

She used and recommended a product for my hair to help with volume and it's great. I will definitely continue to use Great Clips and highly recommend them!
