Went in for a trim, walked out with a bob (every bit of 6-8inches) ROBIN was cutting my hair and she goes “whoops, that was an accident, your hair cut will be free today” the poor sweet I’m assuming manager on duty Celia attempted to fix.. she was so apologetic. Calling in the AM to see if the person still has a job, cosmetology license needs to be REVOKED. I understand it’s hair and it grows back but you can’t have such a huge mess up without real repercussions. We’re talking about peoples self esteem on the line…. You get what you pay for… I’ve learned my lesson. Never. Again.

The staff was welcoming and courteous. I asked to have my cut changed from prior visits, and the stylist gave me exactly what I asked for and wanted I need to deal with this heat and humidity.

I made an online appointment for two and the wait was 14 minutes. When we got there they said 40. Not happy but ran another errand. Came back 20 minutes later behind a walk in who was told just a few minutes Then told us 20 more minutes. All the stylists finished about the same time and all walked to the back room. And stayed and stayed. Someone finally came out and said it would be a few minutes. Not for us???

I can explain the disappointment with my daughter.s hair. The man that work s at the salon can not cut women's hair period. She asked for a bob. He cut her hair so short in the back and un even. She was too polite to say anything just wanted out.!

Not even a 50/50 for walking out with a worse haircut. I always have to trim at home and this last one is the most frustrating with sections left untouched and standing out, the entire top being at an angle, and the sides coming up to corners.

Michelle cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, trimmed the hair around my ears and eyebrows. I have had a lot of other haircuts in the past, but this is the BEST haircut that I have ever received. Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She is an outstanding asset to the Great Clips organization.

This is the BEST Great Clips in the Central Florida area! Shiny does my hair on the regular, and that girl performs magic with a pair of scissors. I come in for a haircut a few times a year, and I always leave looking fabulous (if I do say so myself). Come pay them a visit and ask for Shiny. She has been my hairdresser for years and I would never go anywhere else!

I have never once had an issue with this great clips hair salon, and I moved to Florida in 2011 and I’ve been going there ever since tonight was my first time having a bad experience I got home and I found a big bald spot on my head where she shaved off all my hair and I had no I don’t know if she did so I will be talking to management hopefully tomorrow I’m pretty outraged. I paid 20 some dollars for a haircut. I didn’t expect a big bald spot on the side of my head.
