experience at a great clips was the worst I've encountered. Online check in doesn't apply at this location because of staff issues. The lady rudely informed me that she doesn't do Beard trim. She took the next guy while another lady just stood around

Had a good cut with a different girl and she did a nice job. Went to pay with a coupon I received 2 days before . Never thinking it was expired and It was. disappointing....

I’m dumbfounded right now. I just walked into the great clips I’ve been going to for 15 yrs or more. There were 4 stylists and no one in the waiting area. One of the stylist asks me if I’m checked in. I tell her I’m just walking in. She says, well there are people ahead of you. I look around and ask where they are because I see no one. She says they checked in online and we are just waiting to see if they show up. I say, well I’m here right now. I’m told I’ll have to wait. I’m sorry, but you have a paying customer, money in hand, standing in front of you and you make them wait for people that may or may not show up. Not the best business model.

Lady was trying to beat a record on how fast in Little she could do for a haircut. Mentioned to her that the length was incorrect, and she incorrectly fixed it more than once. Sloppy and crooked. I also asked for a skin fade to number two, and she was nowhere close To what it should be

I went to Great Clips at Riverchase Plaza , and I was extremely disappointed. The lady in charge did not honor the “free of charge “ policy listed on the website for patients undergoing treatment for cancer and loosing their hair because of that. See policy listed on website: “Anyone who is losing their hair due to cancer treatment is welcome to come to any Great Clips salon for a complimentary clipper cut.”I am currently undergoing treatment and therefore loosing my hair. They charged me the full hair cut amount without even looking at the policy listed on the website. I will never visit this place again. Extremely poor customer service.

Amanda does a great job on my balding head. Plus the hours are convenient abd the online app make for easy booking. Mens senior rate is $19. And they keep track of exactly how it was cut in the past.

I went for the first time yesterday and as a walk in I had to wait over half an hour but it was worth it Amanda listened to how I wanted my hair trimmed and gave me the best haircut I have had in almost 20 years of spending six months of the year in Naples I will definitely be back and by booking on line will not have to wait as long Frank Wade

I have been here few times, they are very kind and provide good service. The place is clean. Today, Katherin cut my hair, it is the second time she does. I am very happy the way she listened to what I wanted done and she did a good job. Thank you! I will be back.

Javi gave a great haircut. I spent 2 hours total in the store, (more than half of that waiting) not including my estimated 30 minute wait. Luckily it was my day off… Hopefully things improve

Katherine has cut my hair the past 2 times. She is so great. She listens, is very detailed, and makes a great hair cut. She also sings and keeps you entertained while getting a cut. This time I brought my husband and son to see her this time. I will be back.
