Would not shampoo or blow dry my hair bc they said they were too busy! It's ridiculous for any salon to exclude wash and blow dry from their services and continue to schedule customers apart every 10 to15 mins. This can't result in "great clips" or customer satisfaction no matter how good the cutters may be!! :(

Checked in online and was greeted when walking in, waited only a few minutes before a stylist became available. I don't remember her name but she was from Boston and provided the worst haircut I've ever had. Asked for a fade on the sides starting with a half inch and about an inch off the top. In less than 15 minutes she was done. Was left with random spots on top that an inch was taken off, long random strands on the sides where it hadn't been properly gone over a couple of times with no fade and 1/2 inch wasn't used, long hairs around the ears, sideburns that were a inch in different lengths, had to go elsewhere to get it fixed it was that bad. If you are looking for attention to detail and an enjoyable experience, don't go to the lady from Boston.

Just had a haircut today. Normally I get a different person every time. Today Rosa was my technician and she was amazing, she took her time buzzed my hair first and then scissor cut it as well. She treated my like a customer and not just a quick cut with no attention. Hard to get the same person in this place but she is the only one who I will let do my cut from now on. Finally got a cut that doesn’t make me have to wear a hat. THANK YOU ROSA 😊👍

This was my second bad experience in a row. The work stations in this shop have no sterilizers. Both of my last 2 haircuts, (with different technicians) were really dirty. One had a pile of really dirty combs. I asked about it. She said, "I pile them up there and then take them out back to the sterilizer." The last time, the woman used the tool to clean the hair out of the clipper and it was directed onto her pile of combs. My last "barber" got pretty flustered when I asked her to "blend" my hair on the side to the top of my head which is bald. (My standard request) I am not a complicated haircut. She called in another girl to do it. She didn't know what I meant. I'm done with Great Clips, sorry.

Horrible..made an appointment day, before, but when I got there, they couldnot Find it.. Entire salonwas in shambles. After an hour I was about to walkout, andanother hairdresser said she could take me..haircut was mediocre..would never recommend them,nor go back!

Just want to give Kimberly a shout out for her patience and kindness. My son is 3 years old and was a little scared to get a haircut. She engaged with him and made it happen. This has been one of his best haircuts so far. Thank you Kimberly!

Oh, my! I have been living in Naples for a little over two years and have always requested a certain cut but never got it. I went here and Kim Cobb gave me the cut I've always wanted. Excellent job, Kim. Thank you. I'll be back definitely.

So exactly when are you open?? He made an appointment, left work early to be there at 4:15 and the door was locked. Second time this has happened. Hours say open until 5pm but you weren't.
